Hire Jason t*** to put a new roof on my home he stole 3110 dollars from me ,would not return my call and never did roof ,I asked him for shingles for roof but he said he had them and would do it ,well the day he finally said he would be there never showed up ,and I quote he said if he wasn't there he would return my money no questions asked well he never did then said when I finally got with him that he sold them to a partner Tom G**** and still never got my money ,last Christmas he said that we could meet and **** *** **** *** ** **** ***** and spend the Christmas in jail ,while he was at family's in ***** ** ,** ** * ***** ** **** *** I feel sorry for how is is gonna have to answer for all the wrong he has done to folksInitial Complaint

We had a roof put on back on ****** Now we have a leak. We have called numerous times . He would say he's coming to look at it and never shows up. Health issue because mold has set into the baseboards. not sure what’s behind the wallsInitial Complaint

In **** we contracted Bulldawg roofing to replace the roof on our home. They came to give us a quote on our repair and as they were on the roof they pulled multiple shingles off the roof in the process. They told us to contact our insurance company and they would work with them for the repair. We paid Bulldawg roofing the $1,000 deductible and our insurance company covered the rest. They replaced our roof but within days we had issues with leaking spots and missing flashing. They were contracted to also repair water damage spots inside the house which they never came back to fix. We called and emailed them several times to come and fix their mistakes and faulty work but we never received any response from them. We contracted a new company recently to fix the things Bulldawg roofing never did.Initial Complaint

We gave owner, Jason T. of Bulldawg roofing Evans, GA. a check for $4732.50 deposit September,***, 2021 to install a metal roof on our home. He said the roof would be installed the last weekend of September. It didn't happen. Ever since he has lied, made excuses and promises. My last response from him was November,***** 2021 when he texted me saying that the roof would be installed the last weekend of November. I haven't heard from him since. I have asked numerous times for a refund, with him saying he couldn't do that.Initial Complaint

I hired Mr. Tyre to repair my roof early October. I paid him half the monies down of $3167.00. He has delayed the completion of my roof and I feel he may be stalling. My check to him has been deposited into his account. He sent two men who addressed only a small portion of the roof. I want a refund as I cannot trust him to come out and complete as previously promised time after time. I verified the shingles were in and he continued to delay.Initial Complaint

Hello, Bulldawg roofing replaced the roof on our house July *** 2019. At that time, the service included a warranty (attached). Sept ** 2021, water started leaking inside the house. I called Bulldawg roofing on Sept ** 2021 to report the issue using the number from the warranty. The ex-employee, Tommy, let me know that he no longer worked for the company and gave me a new number. After two weeks of calling, leaving messages, and sending text/emails with no answer/response, Jason (owner) finally calls back and says he's busy but not to worry since the roof is still under warranty and he would get to it. After continuous calls and leaving multiple messages, as of today (Sept **, 2021) I'm still unable to reach anyone, no repairs have been made, meanwhile water is still leaking in every time it rains causing even more damage. Since he is not honoring the warranty, I have to pay another company. That cost is $3684.73 & I would like Bulldawg roofing to pay it. Thank you, ****** *****Initial Complaint

Hired in Feb and paid 3600.00 for roof repair material. I owe him another 3600.00 to be paid at completion of the job. He has not even started on this job yet. I want the repairs made. I want a refund or my new roof placed on.Business response
