Rip-off dealership!! They charged my 80 yr old husband over $1000 for checking an engine light & fixing 1 tire sensor. Their labor cost is $180 per hour and they claim it took 4 hours!! We'll never set foot in there again.

I brought my car to Taylor because my blower motor stopped functioning correctly. I also inquired about my rear window shade not working due to it being stuck. I did flush my brakes while my car was there because it was time to get it done. When I picked up my car, I noticed that my rear windows wouldn't go down, and both buttons were stuck on the driver's side like something was lodged underneath. I contacted the service Advisor, who was named Aaron, and great,t by the way, who said bring the car back up here, and we will take a look at it and see if there's something we may have done. Finally, I got a call back from the Taylor Bmw service manager, saying they ran the tapes back and found nothing on their end wrong, and he will not fix it. I have two issues my windows were working beforehand, and then the inconvenience of me being out of a vehicle. These buttons are in the exact location of my rear shade button, which had to be assessed because of the issue I reported. No one mentioned this to me before picking up the car. I'm trying to explain at the time. Meanwhile, the service manager is so focused on telling me what he's not going to do, failing to mention how we possibly got here. I'm not a mechanic, and not once did I receive information about the possible cause or how they could help me rectify the situation. He's telling me what I did not pay for and why this was not done. Sir, at this point, it's not about who did or didn't do it; I just need my car fixed.
