I purchased a **** scooter from a company listed as Rover Mobility, for post-op mobility. I had requested an invoice so I could file a claim to my health insurance (****************) for reimbursement; however, claim was denied because Rover Mobility is a contracting provider and IS REQUIRED TO FILE THE CLAIM. I have requested assistance from Rover Mobility multiple times and received help or response to date. I have filed multiple appeals to ****************, but they continue to deny reimbursement until Rover Mobility processes the required claim information. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 14 months. I was advised by **************** after phone conference this PM to request verification that this company is operating legitimately and written response to explain why they will not provide documentation required by a contracting provider. This must be done before my claim can be processed/paid.Business response
