This company hit my car and provided the police a false insurance name and policy number now the owner of the company will mot get my car fix he stated that he want to do it without filling his insurance my car was hit by them a week ago left in the street and nothing has been done about it. He was very rude and nasty when I call. To try to talk about what needs to be done.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/14) */ Good Afternoon, I would like to apologize again for the inconvenience of the situation, but I would like to address a few things. The insurance information provided on the police report is not inaccurate or false. It was taken directly off of the insurance card provided to the officer who wrote the report. We do prefer to handle most incidents outside of insurance though, and pay for the repairs out of pocket. I would also like to clarify that your vehicle is currently at the collision center of your choice for repairs, as of 10/13 at 9:39am, and a rental is being provided for you today, 10/14 as soon as you are available, which per our conversation yesterday is after you are off of work. We will also be providing the transportation to pick up your rental. Please feel free to reach back out to me with any further concerns or questions. Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/09/20) */ Good Afternoon, Could you please provide the year make and model of the vehicle and the last four of the VIN number so we are able to pull up the tow ticket and look further into this? Last 4 of vin is 6549 Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2021/09/21) */ Good Afternoon, I have located your service, performed on 9/10. I have photos taken by the driver which document the pre-existing bumper damage, time stamped at 5:46 pm which I will attach for your review. Thank You Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2021/09/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When the driver pulled my car from its parking spot to the street where the pictures was taken in that process he damaged the bumper. Attached is footage of my bumper before he touched the car. These two videos attached are timestamped from my ring door camera. If you notice the ground around the car in the pictures he took is down the street from the place my car was parked where he picked it up. Also in the video you see his trucked parked next to mine then he proceeded to move the car and tow it. I was inside my home while the car was being put on the tow truck & i was on the phone with you guys processing the payment. If you have phone records you can pull it up. When i went back outside the car was on the truck and i told him where it had to go and what was wrong. He said okay and ill be updated when its dropped off. I asked if i need to drive with him to drop it off i was told no. I saw the driver down the street on the main road because i proceeded to leave. He was on the side of the road adjusting the car as if something was wrong. I asked if everything was Okay. He replied yes & didn't notify me of the bumper or any damages.
