We recently replaced our roof through BBAV Roofing. ***** took care of the whole process, starting from interacting with insurance, successfully handling insurance claim, up until the job is complete and we didnt had to anything. We had such a great experience. Quality of the work is very important for us and they delivered right on point in terms of high quality of the materials used and labor.****** is very big on customer service. If I had any questions or concerns, I will call him and he will pick up the phone immediately and address my concerns to my fullest satisfaction. He goes above and beyond and also fixed a minor leak we had in a window without any additional cost to us. His business principle seems to be to grow business by providing high quality product and with great customer service and he delivered just that for our home. ****** is very friendly to work with and I am glad we chose BBAV for roof replacement!
