I went to the Kani House on 10/25/2022 for dinner and the total purchase was ~$150. I paid my bill and gave the server my Kani House Loyalty Card to get points for my purchase. The value that I had on my Kani House Loyalty Card was approximately $120 assuming that I'd get additional the points/dollars on my account to use at a later time. When the server returned for me to sign the check, there was no update to the running points/dollars total which I did not find concerning at the time. The next morning, I called the number on the back of my loyalty card and entered my number and the *** stated that my account/card did not exist. I tried to find a link on the Kani house web site and there was not one. I never received a notification from Kani House that the Loyalty program was going to expire (not that I assumed it has) and that I needed to redeem my cash value. I did a web search to find a customer service number and could not find one. Without option to recover my cash value on the Kani House Loyalty Card, I'm filling this complaint with the BBB. Starting the complaint on the BBB web site, it appears that Kani House is not a part of the BBB which is now concerning as well. Thanks.
