I have reached out to the business several times through emails and personal messages. I only received an automated response. I purchased this order September ******* and paid for 2 day shipping.. I can't get a hold of customer service no one is replying through email I even went on their business page and asked them to contact me no response. I asked for a refund no response. Subject:** Complaint Against The Conjure by Lala - Unfulfilled Order and **************** Concerns **To Whom It May Concern at the Better Business Bureau,** I am writing to formally file a complaint against *The Conjure by Lala*. On September 26, 2024, I placed an order through their platform and received a **** tracking number on October 28, 2024. However, as of November 17, 2024, I have yet to receive my order. While I can attest that ****'s products are effective based on past experiences, the customer service and order fulfillment process leave much to be desired. It is disappointing to encounter such delays without adequate communication or resolution from the company. Additionally, I recommend that *The Conjure by Lala* consider including a picture of the individual involved in the rites as part of their service. This could enhance customer confidence and trust in the products and their effectiveness. I believe that with better attention to customer service and logistics, this business could truly excel. i requested that my address be updated for a few packages Ive ordered, i was advised that because a tracking label was created that i would not be able to receive the package, however, the items have not shipped yet and i have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in total on these items. i advised that i had to flee an abusive relationship and the individual at the address in non compliant. I ordered an item. A bracelet. They refuse to give my tracking number. When I go on The Conjure's Instagram page bracelets are being shipped but there's something odd about the shipping. I will attach a screenshot. The screenshot says: "We just started shipping bracelets yesterday. If you have a tracking number that shows it was delivered prior to yesterday it is wrong. Unfortunately, your tracking will not update after we sent it yesterday or today, but your package will still come and should be deliverd between today, Saturday or Monday. Again the tracking will not update, but your package will still be delivered between now and Monday."Another issue I have is this. I needed an update on an order I placed in August. I also had other questions but they refused to answer. This is their update on my order: "My apologies for the delay with your order, were currently processingJune orders due to a high demand for products, and everything being made to order. Once were on July orders, well send you an email with your tracking information. Thank you so much for your patience and support!".I emailed a second time. On May 20th, I purchased 3 candles from the website, theconjure.com. The order #******, in the amount of $235.10. After weeks of not receiving a follow up email about my order, I contacted them, and a shipping label was created on 6/20/24. After numerous emails, as of 7/21/24, I have still NOT received my items or a refund. And since I purchased the candles on AfterPay I can not get the charges reversed.Initial Complaint

I placed an order back in October of last year (large order). I didnt get my order until February of this year. When I got my order I noticed I was missing items. I emailed the company several times only to get generic emails sent back. Someone finally contacted me back in April and I thought I was finally going to get my items....nope nothing after that. I can see now why when I indicated that I was going to file a BBB report they did not care. It's clearly because they are aware that their reputation is already sullied. I am all but certain there are hundreds more out there who did not file complains for the fear of spiritual retaliation!These people need to be reported at all fronts. They claim you will get your items within 21business days, essentially making it clear that you will have a month+ to wait for your items. Fine, you proceed to purchase knowing this. MONTHS AND MONTHS go by before you get your items if al all. In my case, I placed my orders in DECEMBER 2023 and it took me filing chargeback disputes (which are still pending) for them to provide me a TRACKING NUMBER! This would be less angering if they actually MAILED my items! No, what they did was simply activate a tracking label for the **** and add it to your record under the guise of shipping. I have emailed this company over 8 times between Feb and March 2024 asking for my order updates, all they say is that orders are delayed/order is pending. When I filed my chargeback in mid march, they activated a label in **** on March 14th, 2024. As of this writing on April 2, 2024 the label is STILL SAYING "post office awaiting items"!!!! Again, my order was placed in DECEMBER 2023, 100+ days ago!It is upsetting but most of all unfortunate that these people are allowed to remain in business and they are allowed to do this to customers. They refuse to refund your money even though they have not shipped your items within the stated timeline. No one should have to fight for their items that they PAID for!At this stage I just really want my items or my refund!!!!
