I placed an order on the 2nd of September for my party which is in a few days. They did not ship it out and said the order is "refunded" as it won't make it by the date needed. I tried to call to see why I was not even asked what I would prefer and why my money is not refunded yet and the rude gentleman who answered BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I called from another number and said blocking my number won't make the issue go away! And he hung up on me again and blocked that number! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Horrible service! I even paid for quicker shipping!!!!!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/10) */ Customer specified a required event date. Unfortunately we could not deliver the product in time for her event and we sent a cancellation email with along with a refund. Customer called to inquire on the refund and we have told her that it was already processed and that it does take 2-3 business days to appear back on her card. She became very abusive towards our customer service representative. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That's a lie. I have the calls recorded. They have Caller ID and blocked my number before I could speak ONE WORD. I took a breath and the person who called said "I don't have time for this if you're not going to speak". Hung up violently and blocked my number. I NEVER spoke one word! The only abusive one is the person who continuously hung up and blocked my numbers.Initial Complaint

I purchased Personalized Champagne glasses from this company, in March and used them for an event in August. After putting champagne in the glasses, they were handed out to the guests, about 20 minutes into holding the glass, the screening on the glasses started to peal off! these where all to be take away gifts! When I contacted Favors, LTD. They told me I should have checked to make sure that this wouldn't happen, and that they would not refund my $117. They where unwilling to help!
