      Blue Diamond Movers picked up my furniture on March 5th in **************, **. I have moved to another state as of today April 25, they have not delivered my furniture. 8 weeks is too long to get my belongings. I have called several times and each time they tell me I have to wait on the driver to call me He has not called. I have paid them what they required. I need help getting my furniture. I have 2 small children living with me. Please HELP!

      I hired Top Moving Solutions who without my consent turned my move over to Blue Diamond Movers. Two unprofessionally dressed boys picked up my furniture saying it would be delivered in about three days...that was January 14th and I still do not have my things. I have been threatened several times by *****, ****** and **** and **** keeps calling asking for payment for something I did not receive. They continue to refuse to deliver my things and won't let me make sure everything is intact and undamaged BEFORE I hand over $3200 in cash. If my things are fine why won't they deliver them and let me pay them then? I was forced to write a check to ***************************** for $842.00 who road off with my things to a warehouse in Georgia...I live in ******* but he did not tell me he was doing so. None of what they have done makes sense and I absolutely refuse to pay them one more dime until I inspect my furniture and boxes. If you have nothing to hide you hide nothing. I have contacted the local police, the F.B.I, my attorney, and another organization I will not name and they are all standing by to see how this ends. There were over ****** moving scams last year that involved customers moves being brokered out to crooks. BLUE DIAMOND MOVERS IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST COMPANY DELIVER MY BELONGINGS AND LET ME SEE MY THINGS ARE INTACT BECAUSE ONLY A FOOL THROWS MONEY AT DISHONESTY AND DECEPTION.

      November 2023. I hired this company to move me from ** to **. I was quoted at 6000$ and I ended up paying $12,000 and also had to give them $2300 in cash or I wouldn't get my items. they were supposed to pack my home and get me out in one day. Instead they sent one man. He was 8 hours late to the move. and he barely made a dent. they sent another man about 5 hours later. In total, it took 4 days to move me out of my home. I had to hire a completely different company because they said that my belongings wouldn't fit and they had to hire another company. So another $2200 I had to spend because of negligence. on day two, they left in the middle of packing my home and moved another woman. on day 3 they drove back to *********** for the other mans parole meeting. and that night, they drove the 2nd load to **. At which point he would text me and demand i wake up the new owners of my. home at 3AM and open the garage. Once they got what they considered to "fit" they drove the final load to **. The mover opened a completely different unit in his name. it took me 7 weeks to find it, approx. 30 miles from the unit i bought. It then took 3 more weeks to track him down because his name was on the unit and the Storage place wouldn't let me in. Upon opening the first unit the first box of stuff was shattered and all furniture damaged. Upon opening the second unit, it was very clear and i recorded it, that they had rummaged thru my dresser. Alas, I have over ******* thousand dollars worth of personal belongings missing.

      This company was not only ten hours late to pick my stuff up it is currently January 13th, and my delivery date was 01/05/24. I have yet to receive my stuff they are adding on additional fees (i.e., shuttle fees, each addition foot they have to travel once inside the building, etc.). Originally 70% was paid prior to the shipment that has now changed with the added fees making it less than fifty percent. I received email confirmation on the fourth that my items were loaded on the truck only to be informed the next day that that was in fact incorrect, and they would be here between the 1/9/24 and the 1/11/24 which as I am writing this on the thirteenth has yet to happen. I want my stuff and I want blue diamond to be held accountable for the horrendous job they have done thus far.

      I have broken furniture and *****, I have damaged furniture I (tables, chairs, end tables, tv stands, grand father clock etc. I am missing furniture (dining room table top, a bed frame and bed, weights , office chairs etc PLUS I was overcharged $3000 for the space required for the move. They wont answer their phones or return calls. Their paperwork has no contact info on it. The driver refused to give me any contact info so I had to track them down.

      Blue Diamond Movers did my move from ********** ******** to ************* *******. Pick up on 11/29/2023 and Delivery on 12/15/2023. There was only one mover/driver at pick up and they required assistance moving some of the items as they were solo and had to carry down from 3rd floor apartment. They also claim that space was 100+ cubic feet over the estimated space for the truck even though ended up with few less boxes than initial estimate and charged additional $100 in fees for stairs, lifting, space, etc. Upon delivery I am missing about $5000 in goods and several items are badly damaged beyond repair/use. Missing/stolen items include **** 65" TV, canvas artwork decorative painting, ******** Switch game system, controllers, and 30 games, playstation 5 game system controllers and 40 games, bookshelf, kitchen pots and pans and kitchen utensils sets, large wardrobe box with mens name brand jeans, button downs, sweaters, dress slacks, ******* polos, and two suits, 200+dvds/bluray discs. There was dirt soilage in multiple spots on my practically brand new mattress. Bed frame was scratched up. Elliptical was damaged beyond repair. Boxes were badly torn and smashed as if had been carelessly thrown around. Bookshelf that did make it is in so many damaged pieces cannot be salvaged or used. Medicine cabinet badly scratched, carpet shampooer damaged and pieces missing beyond use/repair. The delivery guys even stated they were contracted out by Blue Diamond and say they had never seen boxes in such bad shape and wanted be sure we knew they only picked up truck and delivered and had nothing to do with the loading of the truck/goods. Move with this company at your own risk! I would like a refund for the cost of the move and full replacement for all of my missing and damaged items. It is normal for maybe a small box to get misplaced or a couple small scratches to occur when moving however this is extreme poor care and theft of goods.

      The broker ************************ hired this company for my move from *********** to *******. I was quoted $1991 with $300 off for essential worker discount and also I told the broker that Im moving out from a studio apartment The movers not only charged me a staircase fee and insisted on the gratuity to be paid via Venmo and insisted they dont want the staircase fee added to the final bill. So I paid them $581 with a money order on the date of the move and $828 for deposit that will be applied to the quote. The final bill when the mover wrote down was $1092 with the cubic feet overage. Few days later, a rep named, ***** for this company informed me they will deliver my stuff . I told him to stop the delivery since my lease doesnt start on Oct 1 and the apartment isnt ready. The next day I got a vm saying my belongings were offloaded at a ******* storage unit and will be charge a $600 for storage and redelivery. Now, the storage customer agent, insisting I pay the full amount of $1892 before delivery and he cant guarantee my belongings will be delivered on the day of requested delivery. So it means I have to wait longer and might receive only 75 percent of my belongings, if I want the rest of my belongings they will charge me again for more money. He insisted that I mail the money order to a *********** address if I want to see my belongings.

      Authority Moving hired Blue Diamond to move my items from **** to *******. My items were picked up on June 27th. Two guys arrived to load my stuff. Upon arriving, they informed me that I would have to pay more money because I had too much stuff. So instead of paying the $1900 originally quoted by Authority Moving, I paid $2900. Upon finishing it, I went to tip them and money was missing from my purse. My requested delivery date was July 1st. They informed me they could keep my stuff for up to 21 days. My items finally arrived on July 14th. As we unloaded, the guys told me I had to check off items off the inventory list. They went so fast that not all items could be properly checked and it is unknown how much is missing. My items arrived damaged, missing and broken. I had boxes completely open even though I had them all taped shut. Some of my items were moved into different boxes. I had my stuff in boxes that I didn't originally pack them in. All of my plastic totes were smashed and broken. I have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact them. The time they did answer the phone, they told me to complete the claim form within 90 days. There has been no attempt to locate my missing items which they have had since June 27th. It is now August and I still have no idea what attempt they are making to locate the missing items. At this point, I cannot get any help from Authority or Blue Diamond to make this right. I have Christmas decorations 25 years old that are missing, a rug, a bookshelf, a printer, a side table. No idea how your items simply go missing. All of my items are either damaged or smashed. My mattress was in a mattress bag and that was half off when it arrived and the mattress dirty. I had furniture that I had wrapped up to protect and it was completely removed from my furniture.
