              This has been the worst experience ever! I ordered some vinyl backdrops. They were supposed to arrive months ago. They tried to tell me they came the day I was at home changing my oil. They never even were concerned! Then they said we can give you a partial refund Are you crazy?! Did I get a partial order?!?! I received NOTHING! They got a full payment and I got screwed. Never use this company!

              **************** terrible, i made a purchase and after payment submittal the business closure dates posted, no option to cancel and these dates should have been posted so i had the option to make the purchase or not. So after i contact them the customer service rep was rude, and stated i should have called, well you are closed, and the email i sent was the incorrect email. Which the rep stated i should have typed correctly. Well i didn't receive a bounce back stated undeliverable. now the customers daily want to play via email when i asked for manager daily. i have purchased for my business often, i am taking my business elsewhere

              I've tried and tried with these folks but I'm giving up. I ordered 3x9 bumper stickers recently and although the sticker is 3x9 the picture on the sticker is only 2x7 leaving a ton of white space. I reached back out and ****** stated it's what I sent in and approved. Complete nonsense. When you order 3x9 the picture should be 3x9. They also took 2 days and 2 emails from me before I even got a response where they take no responibity. To add to this I ordered at 9 am and didn't get a response until after the "same day shipping" cutoff which has happened many times. Do yourself a favor and order from Makestickers.com or Stickermule.com. Very good up companies that stand behind their customers and exceptional products.

              I found this company on Google and am delighted with their product quality and customer service! Plus, the price made it even better! Totally on a whim, we wanted a red carpet banner for a high school class reunion. We uploaded the logos and were promptly responded to with proofs. Within 4 days, the banner, red carpet and stand were at my home! Great customer service. The banner is great quality and looks fantastic. Then I damaged one of the bolts for the frame and they promptly sent me a replacement for free! You cannot ask for better customer service. Plus the quality and price of their products are excellent. Highly recommend!
