            When ordering the cabinets from Cliq Studios I was aware that the oven cut out would need to be modified on site more than likely. However, upon receiving the cabinets it became clear that a significant portion of the cabinets would need to be modified and then the fear became the oven would not fit in the space as it should. I notified the company before we modified any portion of the cabinet incase they needed to see photos etc. They told us after checking with the designer they were certain the oven would fit as originally planned. Over install the following the over manufactures guidelines for spacing etc the bottom drawer of the cabinet closes on the heat shield for the oven. I informed the company of this issue and have now followed up with additional emails, photos and videos showing the issues and have received no response since my last email request for resolution on 6/6/2023. 3 additional emails were sent by myself after this interaction and I received no response in writing or digital communication from the company.

            ***** was amazing with the design process. She was extremely creative, patient, and actually fun to work with. She always kept the budget in mind trying to get the best/most at a reasonable fee. I recommend her 110%!!!
