I've been dealing with a rent issue with my current residence. Back in ******** of 2021, I've made additional payments to be ahead on my rent. We've been without an on site landlord for months prior to ********. The office has been closed, there hasn't been a maintenance guy, I have had to come out of pocket to fix a bursted pipe that ruined my carpet and neighbor's ceiling(I have the receipt for that). When I made my payments in ******** of 2021, I made 2 because the system at the time was down and I wasn't sure it went through, but I checked my bank statements and my card was charged. Since then, I've been making end of the month payments to be at least a month or two ahead. Recently, I checked my rent ledger and noticed I was last due. We recently got a landlord and the late payment showed up when she came in *****. I've never had an issue prior to this. Never had anyone to mention anything about being behind. So I've been sending in my bank statements to the landlord, *****, and she's been forwarding them to her manager, *************** who stated that my statements are real! That's an insult and discrimination towards me! No one has contacted me. No one has tried to adjust the ledger. I've been waiting on a phone call from Stephanie for a month now and nothing. *************** currently works at the ************** in ********, GA. There's been a lack of communication and no empathy being shown. Just dead ends and charges fluctuating.Business response

I am filing a complaint against Emerald Pointe Apartments in Dublin Ga. I have been calling for about three weeks. My issues are about the leaking in my kitchen ceiling and against the wall. It is causing the paint to bubble up and mold. My cabinet under the sink has molded and fallen down. The hallway carpet is drenched with water causing the base of the wall and even the wall in the bathroom behind the door is molding as well. The floor in the hallway bathroom is lifting causing the closet door not to close. I have a medical issue that makes it inhabitable for myself. Please find a solution to this problem for me. Thank you!
