      worst customer service ever!!!!! not reliable. I made an appointment and I called the day before to confirm. The woman acted confused as how or why I had an appointment. She the proceeded to put me on hold then made up a lie that she called me and my phone didn't ring she was trying to tell me they had to cancel my appointment. As a business why don't you send a text or email??? or try multiple times to call me. I called her just fine and she called me just find the following day. I rescheduled the appointment and was told to bring my car at 8:30am . I called the morning of to confirm. I was maybe **** min late. it was 10:15 and my car still wasn't seen yet. and the reason was because I said I was dropping my car off and waiting on a ride. What does that have to do with why its been almost 2 hours and my car wasn't seen yet. The woman on the phone told me " I tell everybody to drop off their car at 8:30.You should have just been honest that you don't take appointments and we might not get to your car til later. I then asked can the mechanic call me when he is done with the car he was working on and I would bring my car back up there being that I live 5 min away. She said no that would take me out of line. Then I asked to speak to the ************ told me he wouldn't talk to me and was rejecting my service. He didn't even care to hear my complaint or understand why it was frustrating and upsetting to get such **** poor service.

      We originally scheduled *************** for Friday February 11th @ 8:30
      On Wednesday February 9th, our Tech that does the Services had a Family medical emergency. We tried reaching out to *************** twice. Both times I tried to call the number just rang. No voicemail ever came on.
      We do not text Customers, as far as emails when ************* called and made the appointment, she did not leave an email for us to contact her with.

      ************* called Thursday to confirm her appointment, I told her I had tried calling her and the number that I had just rang, no voicemail ever came on. I hung up and immediately tried calling the number again to see if I could reach *************, still just rang. I then told ************* I apologize for the inconvenience but I needed to reschedule her due to our Tech had a family emergency and would not be here on Friday 11th.  I rescheduled ************* for Wednesday February 16th @ 8:30

      The way our scheduling works at our Shop is if the Customer is bringing in for an *********** or Schedule Maintenance, we schedule those Customers first thing in the morning so that we can get them finished by midafternoon.************* called at 8:25 and asked what time was she suppose to be here. ***** told her 8:30, ************* asked if it would still be okay if she brought the car in. ***** told her yes.
      At 8:50 ************ showed up with the car, he came in and I collect his contact information and told him that we would start on it just a little bit. He said that was fine, he was going back out to the car to wait for his ride. At that time ************ said he would bring the key back inside to me once his ride arrived.

      At 10:30, ************* called being very ugly and rude wanting to know why her car had not been brought in yet. I tried to explain to ************ that our Tech had already started a job when she was not here at 8:30,once he completed that job, he would do her Service. She did not understand why we would make appointments if they were not going to be done at that appointment time, I explained to *************, it was hard to do at the appointment time when she was not on time for her appointment.
      All this time, ************* had been very rude, yelling and not wanting to listen to anything I was trying to explain to her. I was trying to explain that once our Tech finished up what he started, her car would be next to be pulled in next.
      She wanted to speak to a manager at that time, ***** picked up the phone and just asked ************* to please take her business elsewhere. We did not want any conflict or to argue with *************
      ************* told *****, she would get on ****** and bad mouth our Business and hung up.
      ************* did get on ****** and wrote a very rude review,that did not state the whole truth.  We also have seen this is a common issue with ************* as she has done this to 4 other auto repair shops in the past 2 years.

      Our intentions were to do ************* service, we had apologized for the inconvenience for having to reschedule her from the beginning.
      We apologize for not being able to reach her. We even let her bring the car on into our shop even though her appointment was at 8:30 and she was not even here and did not get here until 8:50. We were trying to get her Service done and get ************* back on the road.
