Same as everyone else. I paid a minimal amount of $1.00 for one lookup. Never used it again. But I have been charged $23.95 per month ever since. A total scam.

I searched online to find a company that I could look for information on deeds and reports for history on a home. I checked to be sure it was a secure site and all looked fine. A pop up appears that states type in the address. I did. Then it states, "we found it" will all the information they can share with you and runs a report. Once the que states done, it prompts you to click open report, in which it asks you to pay $1.00 to cover their costs. I put in my card, hit return and up pops another window, we can't find that address. An agents picture pops up and states the agent will call you in two hours. I immediately logged into my credit card account so see I had been charged *****. For starters there was no report on that address, coupled with there was nothing that stated I was paying anymore than $1.00 as I carefully checked. I should have listened to my instincts that this was a fraud. I cancelled the card and put in a dispute after reading all of the complaints for the same thing happening to many other good people on other websites for reviews.House Lookup Georgia Response

THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY BANK ON 2/06/22 FOR A REPORT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $1.00. I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY REPORT THE CHARGED WAS $23.95 . ON 2/07/22 THEY WENT IN AGAIN AND CHARGED ANOTHER $1.00. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDHouse Lookup Georgia Response
