I saw this listing for townhouse. I completed the paperwork. It is new construction so I was excited that I would pick the interior details. I noticed once the tub was Cracked and they still had it in the house. I mentioned it to them because it looked as though it was cracked trying to install it. They replaced the tub.Then I noticed they covered up one of the Extra recessed lights I paid for. They had to fix that.Along the way my entire prescence was to keep from having the mistakes Prolong my move in date which was June 4th. The next thing I noticed my son room closet It was about 2 inches less deep than it was suppose to be. At first I bought it up to Hadi's assistant, then Debbie the realtor.They didnt believe me. We measured Hadi said the sq footage is still in ur house. Nothing can be hung up and he suggested shelfs. This is not fixed. I closed &the house Was not ready. Stairs not paint,a hole by the stairs, Cracked base Boards, a crooked chandelier,crooked window frame.Business response

We welcomed Mrs. ********* the opportunity to select interior details to her home. This was all done in a builder's showroom of selections. Mrs. ********* was happy to select her interior details. Mrs. ********* also asked if she could bring her own lighting fixtures to install in her home. We explained to her we provide a lighting package from our supplier. This is very important if an item is broken or defective our supplier will replace it. We noticed she was very excited for her new home, and we made an exception for her to bring her lighting fixtures, that she was responsible for any missing, broken or defective lighting fixtures and that we are not responsible for the lights she provided. She was to be present and able to hang the detailed crystals herself. Mrs. ********* was called twice the day the electrician was working on her lighting fixtures. Her response to us was "I came, and I was too tired" she hung up the phone on us. We proceeded to hang all her lighting fixtures and the chandelier was defective, this became an issue she needed to attend to. Mrs. ********* was told of the issue and offered to hang from the original chandelier that comes from the builder package. This original lighting package from builder was left in her home for her. She insisted to keep her defective chandelier. Regarding the cracked tub, this was replaced with another new tub. All recess lights that come with the home and the extra she added, are all installed and in place in the home, nothing is missing. Mrs. ********* constantly visited her home during construction process. Sometimes twice a day. Mrs. ********* was asked by management from the builder not to proceed in homes during construction hours for her safety and the safety of others. Mrs. ********* was unhappy with the bedroom closet. She mentioned it is too small. This is a normal bedroom closet with a 12" ventilated shelving and 21" depth based on the floor plan. For the window frame and any other issues, she may have had, we took care of this with in 24 hours of her contacting us. We do not recall any other issue still pending. We offered Mrs. ********* a full refund of the amount she paid preconstruction and if she was not happy to null the contract. Mrs. ********* contract closing date was June 4, 2021, and closing proceeded on June 4th, 2021. Mrs. ********* contacted us for some issues. We arranged a time to meet and go in her home. We asked her to please put her pet dog in a room until we finish. Her dog bit one of our team members on entry of the home. For those of us in the New Home industry, we all know, and hope others realize that any new home in the world, will pop up issues that we need to address or attend too. Furthermore, all issues Mrs. ********* has request have been taken care of within 24 hours. What billing adjustment is she referring to? We have been building for about 30 years and all buyers and clients, we never had anyone who has not been satisfied. Furthermore, we live in one of the subdivisions where we built over 200 homes. We value are company and home buyers. We kindly ask the BBB to proceed to resolve this compliant from Mrs. *********.
