Bought my car back in September 20 23 and its been one thing after the next, first off This was a Dodge charger 2015 - They had it listed as 2016 I was told that the vehicle just had a tune up and was ready for test drive.On test drive day I did the test drive we ran out of gas. I thought nothing of it so when they put gas in it car started shaking and they said it was because it was running low on gas. Im a former police Officer and needed an off duty car for my security details.A day or 2 later the engine light comes on. I take it to Auto zone to run the check. They say it needs a tune up! I call the dealership and cant get ahold of anyone. I do the tune up out of pocket .Then a day later the light comes back on this time is says the same thing and the mechanic clears us and another code reads. Engine or motor malfunction. I am told that I need a new engine .I reach out to the dealers several times and I am told to speak to my salesman who is co owner with twin brother. They are out of town. I call again and am told bring it in , they can look at it when they get a chance. I tell them this is unacceptable since I am solely now using this vehicle primarily for work and commute, so I would need an appointment, I cant leave it there all week with no answer when they will look at it.I am told someone will call me back. Keep in mind I have not got my title yet since I paid cash I had to pay for the taxes and fees. Once I submit that payment, they release my title. My title arrives with an expired emissions so I go to emissions to get it done . I am told that the car failed because of the motor malfunction. With no call back. I buy a new engine and get it replaced at this point I spent 11 k cash for the car. About ***** for tuneup and replace ignition or alternator and I replaced the fuel pump . Another 4 k for engine and replacement.Initial Complaint

December 11, 2023 u bought the car for ***** . I contacted the owner via ******** messenger about the car . I went to go look at the car . The owner explained to me the car had zero problem and I was good . Two weeks later the car is having all of these problems.Initial Complaint

I bout a 2014 ****** Maxima, for ******* 2 days later it would not go into gear, took it to 3 different shops and they all said transmission by law you suppose to tell a customer any major issue with the car and they did not. I purchased a 2013 **** Expedition Sport on 2/8/23 from Top Notch Luxury Motors in Dekalb **. VIN: ***************** Their Address is ***************************************** I paid in Full In Cash. They still have NOT gotten me the title or sent the title to the State. I am unable to renew my tag until they do, so now I can't even Drive the car. I have repeatedly called them. I have had a lawyer send them a letter requesting the title. I am unable to pay huge legal fees, but I have a car with no title and they probably do this to other people as well.Initial Complaint

I purchased the car on 1/17/23. As soon as the car was driven off the lot, the car made noises. the window wouldnt go up the headlight was out. A day later I had to get the headlight fixed. Then a week later, the car was leaking antifreeze. The car broke down on the highway. I had to get the car towed and fixed. This cost me $1,700. I still have several things wrong with the car. I paid **** for a 2014 *** they told me the only thing wrong was the radio ,2 days later the engine stopped on me in the middle of traffic I could have been killed. An employee stole my car and used it for personal use! My truck was damaged and drugs was left all over my car. Stolen item were also found as well! All I needed was a bumper painted and front driver seat fixed and They just took my truck in which I didnt get back until a week and a half later damaged! I have pictures, video, and police report! Charges about $700 to pick up my title over thirty days after sale was complete. Engine smokes from second day. No spare key to car.
