Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy for Online E-Learning Leadership Development Courses

At Knowledge Exchange (KE) Pathways LLC, we aim to provide high-quality online leadership development courses to support your professional and personal growth. Below are our policies regarding refunds and exchanges for our online courses:


1. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

a. Full Refund

  • Available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed or less than 10% of the course content has been completed.

b. Partial Refund

  • If you have accessed more than 10% but less than 30% of the course content, you are eligible for a 50% refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Courses that include downloadable materials or certifications may deduct the cost of these items from the refund.

c. Non-Refundable

  • Refunds will not be issued if more than 30% of the course content has been accessed or after 14 days of purchase, except in the case of technical issues caused by our platform that prevent access to the course.

2. Exchange Policy

If you find the course you purchased does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for another course of equal or lesser value within 14 days, provided that:

  • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • The course materials have not been downloaded or otherwise utilized.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact our support team immediately. We will resolve the issue or offer a credit for future course enrollment.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or exchanges outside the terms listed above may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Documentation may be required.
