              I dont normally write reviews but this one was warranted. I will definitely be using these guys again. Even from the start with scheduling the appointment the communication was prompt and courteous. They were flexible with my schedule and were able to accommodate a special request so I didnt have to reschedule. **** arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my dishwasher despite some bootleg wiring work that another company had clearly done before. He was able to fix the issue of my dishwasher not running properly, and even gave me a few friendly tips regarding my dishwasher. Super helpful. 5 star service, and we will absolutely use them again. Thanks, ****!

              I cannot recommend more, Jones Family Appliance Repair! From the friendly, prompt and helpful ******* answering questions and scheduling service to *******, the service man who is knowledgeable, kind and proficient! You can tell this is a company who cares about the service they provide and customer satisfaction. Im new to the area but not new to using home warranty companies. When my current home warranty company, HSA, sent out Jones Family Appliance Repair for a refrigerator repair I didnt expect too much but boy was I wrong! ******* scheduled my appointment quickly and ******* was on time and soon had the leak identified and repaired. When I needed service for my dishwasher a few weeks later I was sure to request Jones Family Appliance Repair and ******* came to the rescue! HSA should be happy to have this company on their list of providers and ******* and ******* have improved my opinion of home warranty services!
