I was in need of purchasing a part to repair my truck, the part was seen available via ********* I communicated with *** the individual associated with Lost mountain truck parts about the part that I required specifically identifying my vehicle type model and specifics to the suspension type *** assured me that the part they had would fit my vehicle. I drove to their facility 30 mi away they brought a used vehicle up to a waiting area showed me parts on a frame asked me if that was the part that I needed I indicated that I assumed it was the right part and reiterated that I was looking for the left rear lower control arm frame mount for a torsion bar suspension at that time I was told by the customer service representative ***** that that was the part I wasn't given a price but was told they would cut it off. When I took the part to my mechanic my mechanic told me that the part was not correct and that this part was not for a torsion bar suspension. When I communicated with Lost mountain truck parts, both ***** and *** they both told me that once a part is cut off that it is non-refundable, I asked to see where that policy was posted anywhere in there showroom and it is not I asked to see where it was posted on any of the receipts and it is not not to mention that I was not provided a receipt when I paid for the part. I requested a second time for them to reconsider this mistake of theirs for providing me with the wrong part and causing me to spend money to drive there spend money for my mechanic. I was told I would not receive a refund or any consideration of a credit and would not discuss this further my payment to them was for $50 and I wish to get my $50 in return.
