      Transaction Date: Sept 05-2023 Amount: **** USD Travel agent Travelmerry issued 4 international flight tickets for travel date Dec 10-2023 Later on travel agent communicated and reissued new tickets for rescheduled flight for Dec 11-2023 However when we reached the airport on Dec 11-2023 with our tickets we got to know that the flight was again rescheduled for Dec 09-2023 and already left.Airline marked us as no show and we were not able to travel on Dec 11-2023.The Travel agent failed to communicate to us about the 2nd rescheduling of the flight for the Date: Dec 09-2023, hence we missed our flight.We are following up with the travel agent but haven't got any confirmation yet whether they will refund the money or not.Customer agents from ********************** are extremely rude and tried to threaten me on call when I asked for my money back for not providing me services.Everytime I call them I get to speak to a new agent which tells me that he/she will speak to supervisor and get back to me, however no one calls me after.

      This is a terrible travel agency. They took my money, then made changes to my booking without my authorization and I could do nothing about it. The customer representatives are extremely. **** and especially ***** are extremely rude and will never let me speak with a manager when requesting. The managers are always off or on a break. They also assigned us random seats on the plane, and we had no option of changing it.

      I booked a flight with travelmerry in the month of March 2022. I paid approximately $550 for two tickets Economy.In June 2022, I had a work related injury that rendered me unable to take the flight I contacted travelmerry and explain my situation. The representative told me that I can postpone my flight in book a flight within a year of the purchase. When I try to rebook in February 2023, they switched their claws, and told me that I needed to travel within the year of purchase. That changed the circumstances drastically. I was unable to take a flight in March due to time restraints.Ive called several times and continue to get different answers from different reps. *** says they will contact a manager and get back to me and they never do. The next person tells me I will be credited for one of the flights, but not the other.Yet another rep said that I would be refunded both tickets. It seems to be something fraudulent on the companies end.When one employee told you one thing in yet another employee tells you another its very confusing and misleading. this has significantly undermined my trust in this companys business practices. they are misleading and dishonest.It is now the end of March 2023 and I still have not received a satisfactory resolution.

      I purchased overseas tickets in October for my December trip, unknowingly of all the complaints. I purchased Dec 5-Dec 16 flights and immediately after purchasing, I received a phone call that I would need to switch my return flight home to the 17th or pay upwards of $3000 for the flight I just intended to book. I agreed to the return flight on the 17th and was told I'd get a new confirmation email. I did not ever get a new confirmation email and I emailed them asking for one and where I should find my e-tickets that they said I would receive. I decided to look on the actual airline website and found my booking and tickets. Forward to Dec 16, I'm overseas and I try to checkin for my flight the next day and it says I cant, then I start getting notifications from the airline that I'm missing my flight and I'm confused because I'm not supposed to leave until tomorrow. I go back and look at my booking and my return flight home was never changed to the 17th like I was told I had to be to avoid higher fees. They did not respond to my urgent email or phone calls from the hotel phone (since I did not have cellular) so I had to rebook via the airline directly. The email correspondence I've had with them has been dismissive on their end and when I spoke to them on the phone they denied me any written verification of our interaction. I am still waiting to be followed up with but I cannot be expected to pay for a flight that was mis-booked that I never ended up taking. I'm looking for a refund of ******* for our return flight that we never took. Screenshot of email correspondence is available upon request.

      My husband and I were searching for flights on Skyscanner.com this morning. He found a flight to ******* advertised for $1271 so clicked on the link and it took him to a site called TravelMerry.com. He bought the ticket. I immediately did a search to see if the site was legit and it led me to TrustPilot.com where every single person complained that this company would call shortly after everyone made their reservations and claim that the flights couldn't be booked and asked them for more money (ranging from $50-$200). Lo and behold, an hour after purchasing the ticket from them my husband got a call asking for $50 more. This company has no intention of selling tickets to anyone at the price they advertise on Skyscanner. Likely on their own site as well. This is a bait and switch and it is illegal.

      I booked through this sellar on March 11, 2020 and my travel dates were 19th March to ****** and return on 24th March. But, since the covid related travel ban was enforced on entire Europe, I wasn't able to take up this travel (****** was also on the banned list of countries). ********'s support staff said, I will be getting the credit and I can use that credit for future bookings. Since I wasn't able to travel to ****** for very long, I have requested a refund - but their support staff is saying I will not be getting any refund and asked me to enquire about the actual flight/career. I reached out to ****** and they said the travel agent must refund as they are not directly dealing with this booking. Since then, their support staff does not respond to my email and I am trying to get my travel credit refunded. I will be happy if they can give credit for my booking so that i can reuse it for my future booking.

      Purchased tickets from TravelMerry.com provided credit card and received a confirmation number. On the travel day I received a checkin notification from TravelMerry.com but was unable to check in. Upon contacting the airlines, I was told the confirmation number was not valid.

      I purchased an airline ticket to ****** from this business on 07/05/2022. Initially I bought a ticket from them and the price changed and was no longer available. They searched for a new ticket which met my requirements and wasfor the same price. However, on my return to the U.S. I was informed by the airline (LATAM) that I did not have a baggage allowance and would have to pay $60 to check in my bag. I experienced no problem going down to Brazil. I contacted TravelMerry and they tould me that they had sold me a ticket without a baggage allowance. They hadn't alerted me to this, if I had known I wouldn't have purchased the ticket. It's pretty standard on an international flight to have a baggage allowance of one bag. They sold me this ticket so that they could offer it at the price of the original fare. This is completely deceptive and they have basically ghosted me on a resolution to this problem.

      Hello,I had booked for a flight ticket with TravelMerry on Oct 9, 2022 at **** pm PST (**** pm EST) for 3 passengers for a total of $7256.97. I got an email confirmation that stated as - "We will hold your booking for up to Mon, 10 Oct 2022 07:10 PM EST. If you need more time to decide on this booking, then do let us know and we will hold it as per airline rules. The price for the booking is ******** USD".I tried to make a payment on Oct 10, 2022 at around **** pm PST (**** pm EST), the payment did not go through and I called them to ask what was the issue. I spoke with ***** and *****, they are now saying that the price is increased to some $7,500 plus. When I contested as to why they are now charging more, their standard answer was that the price has increased, when they have clearly given in writing that the price for the booking was ******** USD and that it is valid for ********************************************************************************** the call when I called on Oct 9, 2022 to be sure that this price is locked for ************************************************************************* the call by Kylor.Now I have no choice but to look for another options. TravelMerry needs to compensate me for this breach, for all the time and energy I'm spending on this, for the pain I have to go thru researching for another option, for the stress I'm going through and for any other extra cost I need to incur because of higher airfare etc.I have the mail that I have received from them and more than happy to forward as required.Regards *****

      Booked a flight with TravelMerry 6/29. They call the next morning and tell me it's no longer available, then tried to switch me to a worse flight leaving 14 hrs later. Fun. The original deal was good, apparently it was too good to be true. Bait and switch scammers wasting our time. On top of that I received a notably suspicious phishing email same morning
