This Company Is Simply Okay. Nothing More. After Futher Review Of My Home After My House *************** Came To Fix Everything. Everything "Looked" Nice. Nee Paint, New LVP Flooring, New Countertops. Well, Paint ** Between Them Snatching Holes In ***************************************************** That Was Before Them Scratching The Walls In Every Room! Everything Needed To Be Repainted. Countertops ** They Completely Ruined The Other One When They Were Removing Everything. They Didn't Replace Shoe Mold In Over 30% Of My Home. They Halfway Painted. If Something Was On The Wall They Painted Around It! They Didn't Caulk Around Any Of The ***************** Molds. Definitely Half Way Did Their Job For The Over $20,000 They Received *************************** I See Why He Asked For Service Reviews ******************************************* Once They're Done. **** and his company did the restoration on my home after a fire and was paid by my insurance company $184,376.46. The house looks ok however I have called for three problems in my home and except for the smoke detectors I have not been able to get anything but excused and lies from him. **** state that my wanting to get him to look at the electrical outlets was maintenance, not a warranty. All of the electrical outlets are going dead one by one. I have six so far. He also stated that I waited after two years to call him. It was not two years. My two years was up in May of this year, My call to him was before May of this year, It was in April. Atlanta Fire and Restoration replaced two ac units and 1 furnace, to this day I have not received the information for the companies that installed if I have problems I have to call him, These units usually come with a 5-year warranty according to **** per his statement to BBB that his warranty on my home is only for two years. I have One furnace that I personally paid that remains in my home and is still under warranty for 5 years, not replacing this was a concession as to what **** called giving me upgrades as if I got something free. I contacted **** before the two years would have been up. I have a recorded conversation of my first meeting with ****. I did not trust the process. He also advises me in one of our conversations that He would sue me for getting on social media about his company. There are many Restoration companies out there Please do your due diligence and ask all the right questions before hiring one. Where is my warranty for the 2 ac units and the furnace. I at least should get a contact in case of problems with these units.
