    Darnel Recovery sent a letter to me regarding a judgment This judgment is erroneous for several reasons:1. **Incorrect Defendant**: The judgment pertains to a debt allegedly owed by *************************** d/b/a FHCG Laboratory and ***************** **** I do not own this debt, nor am I responsible for it. Any obligations related to this judgment should be directed towards the company, not me personally.2. **Residency**: At the time this judgment was entered in 2009, I was not residing in the state of *******. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that proper legal procedures were followed in serving this judgment to me.3. *Improper Court Order Timing**: The judgment was entered at 5 p.m. time when court orders are typically not issued. This raises further doubts about the legitimacy of the judgment and the procedures followed.4. Statute of Limitations: The statute of limitations for enforcing judgments in ******* is typically seven years. Since this judgment was entered in 2009 and it is now 2024, the period for enforcing this judgment has expire 5. Legal Status of the Judgment:Given the significant time that has elapsed, I question the current legal status and enforceability,6. According to Georgia state law, the interest rate applied to this judgment appears to be in violation of the legal standards. 7. Property Details**: This judgment allegedly pertains to a building. I request specific details regarding the property in question and any documentation linking it to me.

    Darnel recovery sent a piece of mail stating I owe something on a bill in a state I have not lived in for almost a year! I tried to call them they never answered it definitely gives scam .

    There has been letters sent out to an address in regards to me with my personal information listed. Ive advised this company that I have no business with this company and my information is still being sent around. Stop contacting me and until you get my actual address stop sending letters to places I no longer live at.

    On 22 April 2023 a SECOND letter dated 18 April 2023 from Darnell *** was sent AND ADDRESSED to my home at ******************************************************************. The letter was addressed to ********************* File *******, Account ************************ first letter from Darnel *** one was sent three weeks prior on 31 March 2023 and I placed a call to phone number ************ to advise Darnel *** that ******************* does not live at my address and NEVER has. I am the homeowner of this address and I have asked for this to stop.With the SECOND letter being sent to my address for a person who does not live at my address (never has), Darnel *** is now harassing me by sending collection letters to my address for a person that does not and has not ever lived at my home. I do not know who this person is and this has to stop.If additional letters come to my home for this person who does not and never has lived at my address, I will take legal action against Darnel, *** for harassment.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us with your concern. The letters that you received were equipped with a Return to Sender request in the top left corner of the envelope. Normally when our mail is received by someone other than the addressed party, the unintended party places the item back in the mail so that the item is returned to ** for processing. Since the first letter was not returned to **, the second letter processed as normal. The address has been removed and you will no longer receive mail concerning this.

    You were advised three weeks ago that person does not live here and to stop sending the letters TO MY ADDRESS.

    This is the last time...STOP SENDING THE LETTERS.
