    I've been receiving calls from a clearly scam center "FPS" looking for a relative to contact "Central Financial Management", looking up the numbers I'm being called from as well as this supposed Central Financial Management I have no business with them and numerous people have been getting similar calls and it's turning into threatening calls with no information given. I am being told I am listed as a reference when that is not true. They're calling numerous friends and family members but stating no information especially for someone we have no current contact with. If this is a debt collector, by law there should be emails sent or information given by snail mail.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    there are no other companies labeled as central management solutions. Upon a simple ****** search, this is easily verifiable. IF it is a scam company operating under your label, you ought to pursue legal action to stop them from slandering your businesses name. However, we both know its not. Your company is engaged in illegal collection tactics for debts that you dont own and even debts that dont exist, but youll attempt to evade accountability as you have with every other complaint on the BBB to this point in time. I reject your resolution because youve lied.

    I have been continuously receiving calls and texts from this number looking for somebody named ***** *******. When I have answered and asked what your company does, I've been told "we don't need to tell you that" and I was then hung up on. I want my phone number placed on a permanent do not call list with your company.

    I have received harassing amount of phone calls from various ghost numbers, leaving voicemails with no one talking or from a person saying they are going to serve me at home or my place of work. The collection they are claiming is not my own, and I did not give permission for any debt I might have to be sold at any point in my life. This level of harassment is wrong, and if they send anyone to my home or work to "serve" me I will be filing a suit against them for said harassment. This is unacceptable to have received 4+ calls per day, every day, from a company I have never done business with trying to collect a fictional debt that does not exist. I have read other complaints, and it sounds like this is not the first time they have harassed someone, and when the person escalates the situation they claim, "we have no record". I do not have an account number with the company and do not know the fictious amount I own them.

    They keep contacting me and relatives with threats of filings etc. When asked for proof of debt, they refuse to provide and just want a payment over the phone.

    Today, 11/11/24 I returned a missed call to this company & spoke to a woman, ******** that immediately told me an amount I had to pay to avoid a judgement but she would not provide me with the name of the original creditor I supposedly owe, the date of service & refused to send me proof of the debt as required by law. She cited ***** as the reason they would not send me proof of my alleged debt?!? She did have my previous addr where I resided until 03/2020 but I have NEVER received any type of communication about this debt & no idea what it is. She just kept saying I have to pay today or she was red flagging it for judgment against my credit! I advised that is illegal & she started yelling at me that I see, you cant pay, I see & hung up on me several times! I called back & asked for a supervisor & was told no one was available. I then spoke to ****** who offered me a settlement & advised the date of service was 2011 & I advised her as I did ******** that I filed Chapter 7 BKR in 2016 & it was discharged in 2017 & according to ******** they operate on a federal level & can still collect it! Incorrect-*** cleared the ********* is also past the statue of limitations which I did advise. I contacted my ******** & called this company yet again & advised they can contact my **** but I wont be paying. ****** did not take my **** ***** This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent & deceptive practices because they are scamming people with threats that they know they have no authority to carry out! I was a debt collector for over 20 years & know they definitely violated the ***** which I plan to report. I was hung up on multiple times then called back repeatedly from the #**** but didnt answer because I was on the other line with their company. Calls received from ***************************************** I advised verbally to cease & desist & am putting it in writing as well.

    I was told by several people I know that they received calls from this company, regarding "charges" against me. They have called people I have not spoken to in YEARS. I have tried calling several times to find out what this "charge" is and they refuse to tell me without me giving my social security number. They have called my ofc. giving this "case" number, and that I only have 1 opportunity to call. This is the craziest thing I have ever come across. It's pure harassment and if was legit, I honestly feel this would be handled very different. Shame on you if you have given this company my information, or they got hold of it however it was done. People deserve to be left alone.

    I was called on my work cell phone, from a "processor" that was at my work, as the number came up on my cell phone as my office work number, claiming that she was there to serve me papers for a lawsuit for a debt that I owe (I am not aware of this debt). She provided a case number and was told to call this number immedicably to avoid a lawsuit and my work being told about this so-called debt. I called and was never told about the debt, just asked to either pay in full that day or do a payment arrangement, the *** was extremely rude and rushed the entire process, basically yelling at me on the phone to provide my debit card number. Yes, the words court were used excessively. I have paid 4 to 5 payments now, and every time I call the number provided, they are not very much help. Now I switched banking institutions, and I am questioning if this is even legal or legit. I need an email detailing this so-called debt and any other correspondence, if there is any regarding my name.
