First Progress stopped sending me statements in November and then charged my card the annual fee and two months late fees. I had no idea that the annual fee was due and had been charged the late fees until I received a credit alert that my credit score had dropped 40 points. After speaking with them on three different occasions and hearing them tell me that they are filing an appeal, I received no follow up emails or calls. Now I have to pay the late fees, even though I never received a statement, just so my credit score won't get affected anymore. Their customer service is the absolute worst.

My card has been used without my consent and has been charging me a large amount of money. The card isn't used by anyone in my family and the only reasonable outcome could be have been a hacker/scammer that got a hold of my information and has been racking up the balance. My card has reached its credit limit and I'm being expected to pay the amount on the card which doesn't make sense because these charges aren't mine nor did i know they were happening. Some of the transactions are businesses I've actively avoid. I've spoken with customer service and we've started the process to possibly remove these charges but its been three months and still the charges remain and I'm being charged a late fee. I've grown tired of calling their customer service and being told to wait for the review process to end. I just don't think it should have taken this long and with no response or update in three months, This is just very unprofessional and unacceptable. I just need to the charges removed and hope this doesn't effect my credit.
