New management is terrible. They’re never in the office. We have to go to the office to pay our rent and they don’t even be in the office!!! No one answers the phone ever. Do not move here!Review from Gabriel H

If i could give them 0 stars I would. This place is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place ever. They gave the run around when i first applied i was approved for a 2 bedroom 1 bath not to mention when i finally was able to see a unit it still had the contractor supplies in the bathroom tub and sink mirror was dirty and MOLD in the hallway closet visible paint chips all over the floor then she gone tell me its rent ready.HOW? it's your job to walk the unit after the contractor or vendor is complete and obviously that's not happening. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. And was mad because I was suppose to be overly grateful that I had new appliances they rushed my unit not to mention the contractors left water bottles in my kitchen drawer im overall disappointed and will not stop until i get every dime back.Review from Jhaniya H

Very unprofessional, i was told my place would be renovated and it wasn’t. a lot of mistakes were wrong in the town house . they rushed and put me into anything. maintenance was supposed to come fix things and didn’t. they wait till i complained and still didn’t fix anything til i started to complain. i was told that i would get my money back and didn’t but still trying to charge me for fees. at the time i was 6 months pregnant highly don’t recommend moving there. they take your money and treat you like junkReview from Andrew P

Before Dasmin Residential, 3 years before they took Over I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment. After 3years I paid a 300.00 transfer fee to move into a 2 bedroom. After my lease was up 11 months after I paid the transfer fee and 1 month after the property managers email stating that working on securing my 2 bedroom, they would not even renew my lease. I moved elsewhere because if they are criminal like this , I was not going to keep funding a criminal. My lease was up and over a month and I moved out of a criminal organization. I am so ready to meet them in a court of law with my evidence and get the satisfaction to proving publicly that these are some crooked people.Review from Brittany W

I have only been here 3 months the worst experience ever!! Maintenance is terrible and they try to blame you as to why you’re experiencing issues!
