      I purchased a fireplace mantel online from Iron Accents at the cost of $1390 which was charged immediately on June 6th 2020. Delivery was anticipated in August. August 13 I received an email Delivery was anticipated in December that the price was going to be higher but I would be able to get it at the lower cost if I didn't cancel (I think at that time it jumped to over $1600). I checked online in September and they were selling the same mantel for over $1800 with delivery in October. I sent an email asking if mine would be delivered in October and I was told it was a mantel from a different vendor and the date was wrong. They were sold out until December. I asked for a refund on October 10th. I was told my request had to be sent to accounting. I received notification on October 13th my visa was refunded the full amount. It showed as pending on my visa initially, but now the pending refund no longer exists. I would like my money refunded (full amount of 1390).

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/16) */ I honestly am not sure why we are receiving this complaint. The customer's order was placed with the information online that it was a pre-order and that the ETA was not guaranteed. She was notified of the delay and had the option of cancelling her order at any time. When she did request a cancellation, it was confirmed and done in a timely manner. And when she questioned the refund being done she was sent the authorization information to follow up with her bank with it. Attached is the information on her order and emails that were sent between us and the customer.
