      I contacted this dealership back in 12/12/22, about *** X6, I wanted to apply under my business name. I spoke with a rep name *******. I filled out a business application. Once my app was submitted she said it was denied due to lack of business credit experience, funny because my business credit alerts are set up and no lender pulled, no alert, no inquiry. So they said they needed to PG I informed ********* never received an alert stating you all pulled, she stated she would ask her boss and call me back she never called back! I then called again and told her I would PG. they immediately pulled my credit and approved me, but again my business file was never pulled.The vehicle was in GA and Im in ** . I paid for packages, the paperwork was overnighted to me at a nearby dealership in ******* where Im located. I signed the paperwork and was charge over **** for transfer fees, I paid tag, title, and other fees as well, I had to fly in to ******* to pick my car up because they hadnt sent the vehicle or scheduled transfer. I arrived in ******* on 12/19/2022 where I met *******, she checked my file and said everything was good, gave me my keys, and sent me on my way, ensuring me that I would receive a check for the refund of my transfer. It is now 03/21/2023 and Im still waiting on my transfer refund! On dec 30 I got a flat tire, had car towed to *** in my town, and of course I purchased a tire and wheel package, but somehow I still spent over $400 for a new tire because the package paperwork wasnt received yet, so Im still waiting to be refunded for that. Reminder I bought my car 12/19/2022 it is now 03/21/2023 and I have an expired tag I purchased my car over 90 days ago and I still dont have my registration, and tag I had to freeze my credit because these scammers really kept running my credit after I was approved off the first hard inquiries! But somehow I still have to pay for a car I cant drive because the tag is expired and they dont answer or return calls

      I purchased a vehicle from Global Imports on November 17, 2022. After reviewing the contract, I noticed that I had the option to cancel the " Repair Guard"coverage included in the contract. I followed the instructions to cancel and requested a refund from ****** (repair guard company) on November 26, 2022. I received an email from ****** stating "We have received your request to cancel and will forward this on to the dealership where you purchased it from as they will be responsible for issuing you the refund." I have contacted ***************************(salesperson) and **********************( finance manager); neither of these gentlemen have been helpful in assisting me in my request for a full refund for the aforementioned repair guard contract.Any assistance you can provide will be appreciated.

      I purchased a 2016 ***** suburban LZT on September 23, 2021 It is now December 27, 2021. they have yet to transfer the title over to my name. I cannot get a license plate I call and call all I get is someone will call you back Or we are working on it Im paying for a vehicle that I cant drive into the

      March 13, 2021 I paid $40,000 for a 2021 Mini Clubman. My credit was frozen with all three credit bureaus so I'm unaware how they obtained my credit score on which they put several hits reducing it from 843 to 728. My package was first presented to SunTrust Bank who sent me a denial letter, and I sent Global a personal check for the payoff of $35000 that was returned and eventuality found that Global had switched to BofA who sent me a past due bill. The vehicle did not have all safety equipment, and the salesman assured me that a spare tire and jack was not standard equipment because the tires were run-flats. After a while when I attempted to use the navighation system I found it to be programmed for another country. When I tried to have these problems corrected I was added to a circular voice directory that would eventualy hang up and that was the situation I encountered on all available numbers. BMW Atlanta will be my next venue for reporting lobal Imports.
