      I was interested in purchasing a new 4Runner with my husband and trading in our vehicles on November 30th. *****, the sales manager was quite possibly the most egotistical, condescending person I have encountered in ***************** The ************************* brought us into his office and were fully intending on finalizing that evening. As we agreed on a final price, which was 49k, we begin filling out forms for of course a credit pull. He has us sign forms, barely going over them. Mid process, he stops and states that they pulled the wrong VIN for the car on the forms. I asked them if they pulled my credit, he assures me they did not. Low and behold, not only did they pull my credit, they also miraculously added 10k onto the vehicle price. I confront ***** the sales manager about this since he does all the paperwork, and he immediately starts yelling at me, and has a nasty look on his face. He lied and said I test drove a different car 3 days ago, which is not possible since I was at work, and that next time I need to "double check the price of the car that I want". He then proceeds to tell my husband to go outside so he can continue yelling at me. I can only assume this happened to me because I am a young female and felt extremely singled out there, and they all took advantage of me. I asked to speak to the *** and no one ever returned my calls. ***** has not apologized for his wronging's that occurred, which is ultimately what I wanted.

      Customers filled out a credit app on their own will and we started the process of getting them approved for the deal. Customer was offered a better deal to make up for the confusion through the process. The Customer's husband started acting in a manner we do not tolerate and was asked to calm down and communicate in a manner that we can come to an agreement. He wouldn't and was asked to leave. Customer was called the next day to see if we can rectify the situation and their was no response.

      I'm a customer of ********************** in ************** I purchased three cars from them in the past 4 years a few month ago I was in the market for a car I stopped by the dea*ership to get a quote and I end up ta*king to the sales manager Mr * (I do not want to say his fu** name) he was very rude but I was okay with it back then at some point he asked me where I'm from (I immigrant you *****************) and when I to*d him where I'm from is attitude change comp*ete*y to the wars today I ca**ed the dea*ership again to get a quote for a Tundra **** and I exp*ained to them that I a*ready have an offer for the same truck at a different dea*ership which is about 2 hours from where I *ive I exp*ained to them since I bought a*ready three cars from them I want to get the best price that I can get and see if they can match so I can purchase the truck from them at that point then transfer the the ca** again on the other *ine is Mr * the sales manager he was very rude and he was trashing the other dea*ership c*aiming they are giving me fa*se information and there is no way that's the price that I got and he started to ask you questions that make me fee* that he is trying to prove that I'm *ying to you at that point I to*d him I didn't ca** you to trash the other dea*ership I just ca**ed to give me your best price with a** the respect I didn't ask for your opinion from that point he just made a point to humi*iating me and ta*k to me in offensive way among the stuff that he to*d me is that they don't need me as a customer quote p*ease go and drive 2 hours and make a video how they wi** te** you the hit you with fees and taxes and send it to me so I can *augh he was *aughing at me with the peop*e that was next to him te**ing me to go go drive to your best dea* and then he hung up the phone on me at that point I wanted to fi*e a comp*aint to Toyota *** I can't he*p the fee*ing that that is not an experience anybody shou*d have so p*ease do not purchase at that dea*ership!

      Unfortunately there seems to be a difference of opinion on the facts that actually took place. We explained to the consumer that we would not be able to match the deep discounted "SALES" price that he said he would get from another dealer in *********. We are one of very few if there are even any others in the **************** that "DO NOT" charge dealer fees to our customers, therefore we did ask the customer if he would be paying dealer fees at the ********* dealer. If so, he very well might not be getting the "discount" he thought he would actually be getting. As for the remarks of rudeness after the consumer stated he was an immigrant, ......odd....so was the individual he was talking with here.????. Our doors are always open for business with consumers regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, etc....... Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
