I was pleased with the customer ********************** at the onset of this restoration project. The woman who was initial contact was informative and personable. The entire team, especially ***********************, my project manager, made this a great experience. The contractors who were hired to do the job were quite friendly. We had a bit of a language barrier. so I would let **** know what I was saying to the head of the crew. **** listened to what I wanted, relayed my wishes to him. and made it happen. I would recommend AYS.

We are so pleased with terrific work performed in our flooded terrace level. The team was on time every day did exactly what was needed. The project manager *** was wonderful to work with and the easy technology to get things signed and moving was great! My Spouse and I are completely Pleased with the work AYS;At Your Service Restoration has done for us . Once the work was scheduled they met the appointment even ahead of scheduled time and were very polite through the entire project. They offered to go above and beyond. They made sure our carpets were protected while they did their work and cleaned up every evening when that days work was done.
I like that they offered a few suggestions for my consideration to make the project even nicer and had no problem with whatever I chose . My husband and I will definitely use them again for future projects!At Your Service Restoration & Renovation Response

Our basement had water damage due to a water main break. AYS was recommended highly by our insurance company and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our old dark basement was transformed into a light cheery one that we are able to really enjoy now. Especially the grandchildren! Heidi ******** and her expertise oversaw the entire makeover and helped with wall colors, flooring choices mounting of our tv and attended to every detail. Her crew did a fantastic job, touched up where needed and left us with a beautifully designed basement. They were extremely trustworthy and we were comfortable leaving them alone in the house. Heidi also made a new friend in our golden doodle,Lucy as she brought her treats every day!At Your Service Restoration & Renovation Response

This is the 2nd time I used AYS. The first time was ok. The second time was a disaster. Extremely Unresponsive.
Contracted with AYS on 2/11/2021 with a supplemental work change executed on 3/15. The scope of the work was: replace a 7 'x 8' section of water damaged bamboo flooring in kitchen, install same bamboo flooring in guest bath, paint kitchen, hallway and bath. AYS suggested and I agreed to some minimal supplemental work on 2/24. The additional suggested work items were completed during the 1st part of the project, during the week ending 2/26. The change agreement was sent to me on 3/2 with inaccurate descriptions and cost for the work which was already completed. After multiple attempts, an accurate work change agreement was finally provided and executed on 3/15. There was a one week set back, 3/16- 3/24 which AYS initially addressed timely, but subsequently left lapse and unfinished. After I sent AYS a notice of project abandonment and an offer of settlement and release on 4/19, the project was finally completed on 4/22. The interesting part of my experience with AYS is the promptness with which they engaged me for final payment, before 12pm on 4/23. The irony did not escape me.
