We engaged ****** and his company to install a fence for our backyard, as well as add railings and new deck stairs. The project started in early September 2020 and was completed late October 2020. We paid more than $12,000 for the entire project. In February 2021, we noticed that one of our gates (that we never use) fell off the hinges. Understanding we have a warranty, I contacted ****** to come fix it. He initially replied and said that he would come the next day. Since then, he has been completely unreachable and has not replied to any of our calls/emails. Now his phone numbers appear to be disconnected.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2021/06/17) */ The gate had been replaced after two weeks of the customer request. I have replied to the customer emails more than 2 times. My schedule was booked for a 2 months in advance; therefore, it will take time to get a repair done. The customer had rated my business a five star in Homeadvisor. Why in the world would I ignore a customer like him? The business phone has never and ever been disconnected. I hope that the customer finds in heart I went above and beyond as a small business man to give him the best quality of fence and excellent service possible. God bless!
