1 starI pay in pull full of my school. But I had a hard time getting mt cdl permit. Then covid came i got sick my husband got sick real bad I had take care of him . He was in hospital In ******** so I'm back and forth with him . My husband had do do therapy learn to walk talk again. And I had work and pay bills. But I still was calling Dalys see was i ok they said yes . Yes it took 5 yrs for me get my husband back together and me working 2 full times jobs. They said when I get everything settle i can still come back just pay a a extra $ 500 i should be good and I was ok with. I was not asking for my money back just trying get in school. So when I call told them I ready to start some lady with a bad attitude told be I have pay everything over again because it's been 5 yrs it's not like I didnt give up I had family problems my husband all most die of covid. I ask could I speak with manger he or she never call me back. Even try work something out with me. My money is gone and they want me pay all that money back again I didn't it like that all up front pay again. They didn't tell me how how I had and I was calling make sure I good they told me yes . This time I call told me no I have pay everything over again. They won't talk my call or nothing just did care they took my money and I can't get my CDL B . Like I said I was welling to pay extra but not hold amount.

5 starsGreat school to get your CDL. I went for my CDL-A with manual. They teach you what you need to pass your test, and they do it quick. No issues. Highly recommend. If you plan on being an OTR operator though, you should plan on getting with a company that has trainers. Dalys is a get your CDL school. You still need some OJT before taking on a 3k mile round trip.Daly's Truck Driving School, Inc.

1 starI thought ****** would be a nice convenent school to get to since it was located ******. I recently attended the school and was unable to complete the program due to a personal health emergency. I was told by ***** who is the rudest person in the world, that I could return and start where I was. I paid *************************************************************** payments. When I attempted to return, I was then shoved away as if this was not the conversation had with *****. She also advise that they reported this to my credit via their credit agency and that was not true. Today, with all 3 credit bureaus, I do not have this listed on my credit.I have been given the run around and told different stories by both ladies that work in the local office in ******. *****, however is one of the nastiest, meanest, no customer service person you would ever want to speak too. She does not follow and type of standard business practices or policies. When asked for ****** policy on reporting to someones credit, she could not produce such a policy and refused to speak to me on the phone. I recevied no phone calls about having a bad debt or letters in the mail. When confronted about my services not being rendered, and a refund of the difference (minus their 900 enrollment fee) I was advised that they could not do this.I ask if they could apply the credit to a new enrollment and the other representative stated that they would, after speaking with ***** she then returned and stated that she would not and refused to take my call. This school is ripping people like me off, they do not want to provide any documentation or accountability for stealing from consumers who are just trying to get ahead. I do not have much and should not be taken advantage of like this. I would not recommend this school to anyone. Having a standard for refunds, business practices and a proper escalation process should be crearly stated on this companies website. 5 starsGreat school and great staff from the first moment you walk in till you done everything working smoothly and all very knowledgeable and polite, very honest from the beginning till the end , no surprises, the instructors are hands on and patient and will help you to get your CDL Have open mind , listen and you will pass , huge success rate proven over and over with thousands of students.Thanks again for everything I enjoyed coming there and like to mention ***** and ****** as well they are super nice and good people that will do all they can to prepare you and be honest about your coming test .Remember what **** said in orientation Listen more and talk less ... there is no reason that you will not pass it you do that This school will do everything and give you all the tools to pass . 1 starMONEY HUNGRY TRUCK SCHOOLDalys is a money hungry truck school offering a good trucking experience, but they will capitalize off you and they will disrespect you if youre new to trucking.RUDE EMPLOYEESThe employees are very rude besides a select few, Y***** is a real @$$hole.WHERE DO THE $150s **** doesnt look like the $150 to schedule a retest goes to the state. I would call the state to verify this before even thinking about forking over another $150.WHAT IS THE NEXT MOVEIve already invested $4K but this is a matter of principle. At this point in time I am leaning toward taking the $4K loss and looking for a company with paid training to get my CDL. I have lost my faith in Dalys and I believe my test was rigged by their own employees for profit.WHY NOT JUST PAY 150(s) UNTIL YOU PASS THE TESTFor anyone else in this predicament, you may feel that forking over another $150, $300, $450, $900, or even more in some cases is unacceptable. If I would have actually failed, I wouldnt be so upset. I would have just said ok, Ill practice and pass the next time. Truth is, I looked over the coupling components on my sheet and I definitely said enough to pass my pretrip and was told I failed. Possibly my examiner didnt hear me, but I think my failure was rigged.WHAT INSTRUCTORS WILL SAYI know some will believe the instructors who will all say I failed when I passed.WHY CONTINUE SOMEONE WHO FAILED, MAKES NO SENSEWhy even have me pass the in cab at almost 100% and air brake test I passed at 100% if I had already failed pre-trip?WHAT THEY LEVERAGEI know they will leverage the many who pass and on the first try, because that is how they keep the scam running so long.Their employees are examiners too and I believe the more they pass and quicker they do so (first try) the better they look.That is why its not suspected they are doing what they are doing, purposely failing people, some 9, even 11 times! ********, we are sorry you feel that way. I assure you we want you to pass and move along with your career as much as you do. Glad you were eventually able to pass the test but for public safety reasons we have to maintain a standard and if someone doesnt meet the standard to pass the test we wont just give them a license. 1 starI only selected a one star, because i couldn't submit with a zero star. The office staff of this business is absurbly rude and disrespectful. The attitude of this company is to take your money and give you the shaft. They refuse to answer questions and hang up on you when challenged with their non-answer response. **** and ******************* and ***************************** need to consider training opportunies for their "recruiters" and front office staff; being the "front face" of your business is running it into the ground!
