      This dealership does not check their cars thoroughly therefore now I'm being blamed for an aftermarket module on my car and I've only had it for maybe a month and no one wants to take responsibility for selling me a car with aftermarket pieces that could have easily been to detected through a fool inspection

      I brought my 2014 **** Escape to Mall of Georgia Ford for two **** factory recalls concerning the engine cooling system and door latch. Additionally, I needed one head light bulb (dim) replaced. Due to it being a factory recall I ask for a loaner car and denied. The following day the service tech "*************************" contacted me, and very rudely stated: "Heater Hoses and Coolant Outlet, (must sell to do recall, $ *******), CV Axles coming apart and popping ($1077.79), and drivers headlight out ($551.40)." This sums to $2677.94 for what is a factor recall plus installation of one headlight bulb. I contacted the service manager and requested a pictures of the heater hoses and coolant outlet and informed him of the service tech's rude behavior. He immediately said you must be dealing with ****. A few minutes later I received a picture from ****. However, the picture was of the battery, not the heater hoses. I stated I only want what the recall covered and I would purchase the light bulb but the entire headlamp for replacement. That Friday I turned in my rental car ($300.00). Then **** informed me my car wasn't ready because had to order the part and it would be the following Monday before the part arrived. **** again started pressuring me to buy the heater hoses stating the when he puts them back on they are going to leak and I will be stranded on the road. I declined again! Tuesday, I pick up my car, pay $19.00 for the light bulb. Then I notice my headlight was still not working and I called the dealership. I was told that I declined the $551.40 charge for installing the bulb. I ask why was a bulb installation so much. The service manager stated that to change the bulb it required the maintenance tech to pull off the entire bumper and it is very time consuming and labor intensive. I went to Auto Zone, paid less for the bulb and the service guy installed it for me in less than a minute without any charge. Mall of Georgia Ford is a complete fraud!

      Buyer beware!!! I recently traveled from ** to purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 F-250 in September. When I purchased the vehicle it had a clean CARFAX report no accidents or damages reported. The truck came with a drop in bed liner. In December I decided to replace the bed liner with either a spray in liner or bed mat. When I removed the drop in liner I found that the back of the truck bed had been damaged to the point to where the bolts holding the back piece of the bed had been pulled through the sheet metal. The drop in liner was clearly installed to cover up the damage. I reached out to the sales manager initially with a text with no response. A few days later I called and left a message and the receptionist said he was unavailable and would have him call me back. I waited until the end of the day and called again. Same thing receptionist would have him call me. I finally received a text from the sales manager stating he done some digging on my claim and he found that there had been a damage reported to CARFAX in November two months after I had purchased the vehicle and that they will not be responsible for any repairs. I told him that was impossible that I had not been in any accident and there had not been any claims on my insurance. I even contacted my insurance agent confirming there was nothing filed and had him send me a letter saying so. He sent me a copy of the CARFAX report and sure enough there was a damage report on it in November. I once again told him there has never been anything reported no police report, no insurance claim nothing to CARFAX since the vehicle had been in my possession and that I felt like I had been mislead when I purchased the vehicle. The sales manager response was I'm sorry you feel that way and good luck. Keep in mind the sales manager never did call me. This was all through text and emails. So now I am stuck with a damaged truck that is worthfar less in if I try to trade it in due to that CARFAX report. Obviously if I had know about the damage I wouldn't have bought it. So if you want this dealership to stand behind their vehicles good luck. Sales manager couldn't even give me the common courtesy of picking up the phone and call me. Instead hiding behind text.
