I called **** because I noticed a smell in the spare bathroom. What they found was appalling. Whoever roofed this house before had completely covered the pipe boot for the exhaust fan so no moisture or air was getting out. They kindly replaced it and found other issues that other roofers hadnt found previously after several inspections. Id highly recommend this honest and capable business when it comes to your roofing end exterior needs. Thanks TRiO!

Sales people are pushy.***** showed up at my house uninvited and my husband was nice to him, but told him we would let them know if we needed their services.A couple hours later he shows back up with a friend in tow and tells me my husband told him to come back and bring someone to look at our roof (not true). I ask him to leave and again told him if we needed their services WE would call.The 2 men had a meeting in our driveway for at least 15 minutes before leaving when I walked back outside to see if there was a problem.Beware of a red **** F150 and/or a green **** F150 - both older models.

*** used Trio now for a little over a year and they have always been able to handle anything I can throw at them. As a Community Manager I am constantly having new issues come my way and with a company like Trio, I always have an ally that can help me get things done. From roofs, siding, retaining walls, drains, tree removal, you name it Trio can do it all. 110% would recommend!

After a bathroom water leak damaged our twenty plus-year old hard wood floors, we needed a reliable and affordable contractor to repair the damaged section and refinish the entire downstairs to match. **** came out to assess the damage, gave us a quote, and placed us on their schedule in less than a week! In just a few days, they did an amazing job of repairing the damaged floor, sanding all of the hardwood flooring, and refinishing the entire downstairs. Our floors looks beautiful and we couldnt even tell where the boards had been replaced. We were so satisfied with the work they did, we hired them again to replace our garage door jambs that were rotted near the ground. Again, they got us on the schedule in just a few days and delivered quality results! No job to big or too small. We absolutely recommend TRiO Construction for their quality work, exceptional customer service, and reasonable prices!

From the installation to the cleanup my job was handled professionally. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future for other projects.

I am so pleased with my experience with Trio Construction. They came out the day after I called to request an inspection of my roof, their employees were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They helped with the insurance process and got my roof replacement scheduled promptly once my claim was approved. Their crew was respectful and efficient. They cleaned up the whole project and left my property looking better than when they arrived! Our roof was old and replacing it was long over due. Now not only do I have peace of mind knowing I have a great quality roof, it made my house look 20 years younger!! To say the least, getting a new roof was something that caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I knew my roof needed to be replaced and would panic every time it rained but I just couldn't afford it and was convinced that insurance wouldn't cover it. I called Trio on a whim from an Instagram add and ****** ***** came over to talk with me. He was professional, friendly and, most important, very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and eased my anxiety considerably. ****** worked closely with my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about anything. He followed up with me every step of the way. **** came over with samples and helped me choose materials that look great. The best part is that it was done in a day! This was key for me because I work from home. I enjoyed working with them so much that I will be getting an estimate for siding repair in a couple of weeks. They are very rude when I talked to a person there. Was going to have them come out to inspect my roof and the weather isn't good. Texted them to reschedule the appointment and they texted back stop texting me. So I we changed our minds and I told him just to cancel so we can look elsewhere , he sent me a thumps up emjoi which is very unprofessional.

I rarely ever post a review of any company, but after experiencing the replacement of my roof through Trio Roofing and Construction, I feel compelled to share about my own experience. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong emphasis of customer satisfaction. Dustin was extremely helpful in getting Allstate (the worst insurance company, probably tied with State Farm) for approving a roof claim based upon hail damage) to approve our claim......in fact, I tried submitting a claim, unsuccessfully, a few weeks ago using another popular roofing company, and while they were helpful and tried, their on-site representative did not know how to advocate for the approval of our claim like Dustin did--and that made all the difference!Once we were approved, I asked for several references from people who's roofs Trio had done. To be candid, I did not believe all the five-start references on Trio's website and I wanted to talk with some real customers. As a trial attorney, I am skeptical of roofers. They gave me about 20--with addresses and telephone numbers. I never heard a single 'negative' comment from any of them! Not one.Next, Phil (the owner of Trio) came over with lots of sample boards of the shingles they usually use. My wife is an interior designer and has fantastic tastes in color.....we looked at some of the Trio roofs close by in all types of lighting conditions at different times of the day....it's amazing how different some colors look depending upon the time of day! We got close, but when we couldn't find the exact color we were looking for, Phil offered to find shingles that would match any color we liked---and we gave him the name/manufacturer.About 3 days later, there were 12 amazing, hard working, super-skilled workers on our roof--tearing our old roof off and putting the new roof on...an amazing process to watch. Before they started, they meticulously covered all of our landscaping to protect it from falling shingles and nails...their efficiency and thoroughness was truly a marvel to watch!They worked nonstop, all day (I never even saw anyone taking a break), and by the end of the day, our roof looked perfect, everything was completely cleaned up and they were loading their ladders back on their trucks.These are GREAT people--AMAZING INTEGRITY, honest, thorough, professional, attentive to detail, customer-oriented.....from the top of the company, to the office staff, to the installers---many of whom actually told ME "thank you" as they were leaving the great job they did!!!I could not give a higher recommendation!
