      On July 11th, 2023 I, acting as an agent of Union County, ****** placed an online order for several vehicle antennas with the Antenna Farm. I received confirmation of the order via email, with an order number of ******. I never received the ordered items, or an explanation for the delay, and on the website the order still shows as "confirmed". I have contacted the company several times with extended hold times with no answer, leaving voicemails, and sending multiple emails attempting to learn as to why the order has not shipped. I have not received any response. If the order cannot be fulfilled I will need to cancel the order, as the vehicle the antennas are intended for needs to be placed in service.

      Hello,
      Im emailing in reference to complaint ID 20714858. After filling my complaint with the BBB I was contacted by the business with the information that they had cancelled my order without notice. They appear to have not billed/refunded the order to the credit card, so this information with suffice to resolve my complaint.

      I bought an antenna for my, but bought the wrong one and sent it back for exchange and they have not done that, so I sent them another email to refund my money $62.90. I call them multiple times and no one answered I emailed them multiple times and are not consistent on responding to my emails.I called my credit card to dispute the charge. I just want my money back.

      I ordered coax cable and connectors from Antenna Farm Aug 18/21 for ****** USD. I was told at the time of purchase there would be delays in receiving the cable. I called may times for an update on my order and was told the same thing. Finally in Aug/22 I called again, this time asking for and was promised a refund. To date that has not happened. I have called a total of three times asking for a refund. The last time I called was Dec 08/22. Again I was promised a refund and a callback, which never happened. The person I spoke to said he would handle this personally. It would appear Antenna Farm is ok with taking peoples money and providing nothing for it.Order numbers ******, ******
