I move out here ********** in one unit . Upon moving in it was a strong smell only to find out it was mold in my master bedroom closet learning that the apartment above me had flooded and came into my apartment and they didn't care to fix the damages, I requested that I be moved in another unit mold free and they moved me in another unit . Did a walk through everything was fine , two weeks after moving into the second unit mold started to appear behind my toilet and on the ceiling in the hallway bathroom to the point it was eating holes in the wall . Second my ac was leaking uncontrollably and started to spill into the dining area which later caused mold to grow in the corner . They came out to fix the ac unit which is now broken again and flooding again and whatever they did cause my master bedroom to have heavy water damage and a water bubble in the ceiling . Once the water bubble in the ceiling exploded it had exposed black mold that was under it this whole time , awhile after that I started seeing darkness in my master bedroom tub which is now full of mold . I closed off that whole room and bathroom to avoid health issues . Looking back into my master bedroom it's started to come into my actual room from the bathroom water damage and mold on the ceiling . It cause moisture to my actual bed . It's been a headache since , also I like to add that this mold infestation has my kids health declining tremendously for instance my daughter had a severe asthma attack and had to be rushed to the back upon arrival and said that the cause may have been the mold exposure . Her home treatment didn't work so they had to do a higher dosage to get her breathing under control . I learned the unit was orange card meaning they weren't allowed to move anyone in the unit until the repairs have been made and approved by code enforcement that they can now move tenants back into the unit . Only to learn that they illegally removed the orange card from this particular unit that I now live
