Beware of Flood Masters and Pronto Plumbing! I had a water heater burst and so I called First American home warranty, they dispatched Pronto Plumbing, and Pronto Plumbing sent someone, who is supposedly is representing on behalf of my home warranty, gave out my personal information without permission to a questionable business (Flood Masters), who had Quartius call me and fast talk me into allowing people into my home to start ripping up my floor and cabinets within 24 hours after Pronto plumbing left, under the pretense that I would have to pay nothing. Then ******** told me to say nothing while he called and filed a claim with my home insurance and fooled me into believing, I would have to pay nothing at all. I will unwittingly participate in insurance fraud as Flood Masters presented a stack of lies and false claims under our name, all while incurring a $5000 bill that was denied by our home insurance. And after we were swindled, Flood Masters called us and threatened to put a lien on our house if we dont pay them $5000. Before my home insurance could get involved and inspect the truth, Flood Masters had already destroyed half of our home so that all truth of the situation was unpresentable, Beware! Pronto Plumbing will sell your information and F.M is criminal con artists and for any unsuspecting homeowner (Especially for anyone with cognitive challenges), they will put you in a legal bind with their fast scheming and extortion tactics. Ive researched the owners of this criminal racket, by doing a Search for Flood Masters: ********, **************, **** W at *************, **, as well as the Owner of Pronto **************** in ******** *******. Im reporting these companies to better business bureau and taking them to court and reporting their fraudulent business tactics and attempts at extortion. This was an exploitative scam. I called Quartius and asked him to collect his equipmentand he refused. I have a recording of our conversation.

Service was awful, technician was very disrespectful to ******* husband and also his coworker. Felt that he was superior to everyone & demanded that he knew what he was talking about. My curio cabinet is not able to close now after the technician moved it. The technician left trash behind and didnt clean up behind himself. I have had a very bad experience. The supervisor came out and looked at all the work that was completed and she was made aware of the issues.
