Canceled a trip on May 5th 2021. Was told that the system used to remove funds was not able to return funds to the account. Live check in the amount of $1276 was sent to me but I never received it. Was told the check had been cashed. Was told that they contacted the bank regarding this transaction and the bank would investigate. Was told that the bank would return the funds to the business and that the business would send the funds to me once paperwork was filled out and returned to the business. Filled out said paperwork (Declaration of Unauthorized Endorsement or Altered Item) and returned it to the business. Received said paperwork in the original envelope with address and bar codes blacked out and red stamped message stating it was undeliverable. According to USPS they did not do this. Took photos of envelope, front and back, and sent them to business owner who responded he did not know why the envelope would be sent back.Customer response
