Lets see, they came out last August to install a very small amount of *********** for the backyard (see photo). As per the contract it states ANY SOD INSTALLED that is not covered by an in-ground sprinkler system cannot be covered under warranty, (which we have) with that said, we were concerned because when spring arrived the Zoysia stayed dormant. So for $1,876.00 we get no return call from anyone, to at minimum come out to see if the sod was a bad batch, winter kill, over water, etc. NOTHING! so I sent this email regarding a negative review and we received a call the next day from ******, who came out, looked at the sod and said to give it a few more weeks, now this was back in April. ****** left his business card and said to call him directly if the grass stays dormant . Now after calling ****** five times (I don't think he works there any more) I called and emailed the company to no avail. So at this point they have our $1,876.00 with no follow-up, what's that saying? take the money and RUN!!!So please do your research before selecting this company. This was a small job and to botch this is really unexceptable.

Miguel, René, and Hugo were the best crew we've ever had at our house. They happened to be here the week we had heat indices of over 100 degrees and they never slowed down. They worked long, hard and were very friendly and respectful. On top of that, their work was top notch. We were especially pleased with how they cleaned up the site when they were through! Brian N. repaired a broken sprinkler line and a 4" drainage pipe. He was efficient, effective and friendly. He made sure that he addressed all the damaged pipe by digging up more than the what appeared obviously damaged to me. I am glad he took the time to ensure that he addressed the total problem.

Herman and Sebastian were very responsive and helped me with a clearing problem. Good guys!!!

Donnie & Jeremy were awesome! Arrived ahead of schedule, listened to my request/need and did a thorough review of my irrigation system even though it was only an issue with 1-2 zones and completed the adjustments to my full satisfaction. I am a repeat customer with Oasis especially because of their irrigation crews!

Jeremy detected a possible problem on a routine visit; he wouldn't rest until it was fixed and he was sure I could manage the control system. Throughout the visit he was friendly and personable.

They always do what they say and respond when I need something.

Brian & Angelo were super professional but also very nice. They made sure I understood the system and we have a plan for how to improve it. Looking forward to them returning!!!

Jeremy was great. He showed up on time. Was very professional and explained the issue with my rain bird system. He was able to fix the issue within an a couple hours and had my system back up and running. Would highly recommend!

Carlos and Ricky are fantastic! Very personable and professional. Did a great job for me with my irrigation system. I won't use anyone other than Oasis in the future.
