    Purchased plane ride tickets for my wife and friend.Have been calling, texting, emailing this company everyday for 2+ ******** response, no follow up, no replies.I am out alot of money, my wife's birthday came and went. I want an immediate refund.

I am so so sorry, there was a mistake on my part regarding this booking.[29/10, 10:17am] Biplane Atlanta: Our plane is down for maintenance and we cannot fly until mid to late November. I am extremely sorry for mismanaging your expectations.Spoke to the operator and he agreed to refund the amount in full . I have been texting the service provider wrt the refund status , with no response Had requested the seller for $200 extra for cab fees to airfield if possible $738.48 To date ,my payment for the after arrival cancelled ride has not been refunded. Kindly help me get the money returned to my credit card Thank you ********** *************
