Around the middle of June I went to zoskinhealth.com to purchase and try for the first time a face product by the name of 'Pigment Control'. The website directs the consumer to a retailer. I purchased the product from Atlanta Face and Body. The product arrived, I applied it according to the instructions, day and night. At first I experienced irritation, but the irritation went away after some time the same day. I used for 4 consecutive days and decided to stop because my skin was turning yellow. As if I was applying turmeric. This yellow color is not at all the result I wish to achieve. I called ZO Skin Health and spoke to ***** about getting a refund. He said that the company stands by their product and that the retailer where I purchased it, would process the refund. When I spoke to the Atlanta retailer, the representative said that I need another product and both products together will help me achieve the result and that this disclaimer is listed in their website for consumers to see. I dont want to continue using a product that turns my skin yellow whether alone or in combination with a 2nd product. I would like to have a refund of $64 to the credit card used by Atlanta retailer. They can turn to ZO Skin Health and be made whole by the manufacturer as ***** from ZO explained. The product is on its way back to the retailer. I look forward to a fast resolution. I attached a purchase receipt.
