This law firm decided to take my injury case from a car accident. The accident occurred in 2024 and it is now approaching a year. I have made numerous calls and after being shifted to different case managers, Im now in limbo of no return calls and no resolve. I now see that this is the norm and based on others, possibly a scam. I was in a car accident December 6, 2024. I contacted Guardian Law Group to handle my case. **** ******** was my case Manager up until May ******* when I got an email from **** ********** stating that he would be my main point of contact during the negotiation process. I haven't talked with him nor have I heard anything from him since he sent the offer for me to sign. I called and emailed just about every other day since I signed the release to ********************* on the 10th. I want to know what's going on and why haven't I heard anything back since I signed.Initial Complaint

This is a law firm who poses to help injury claim victims. Once the claim has been settled they avoid you by switching you to multiple case workers to make sure that you receive no information on your claim. They then become very rude very unprofessional avoiding all your phone calls while transferring your money to their account holding it for months and in the end I received a fake check. A chick that had been issued a month before it was actually sent to me it was out of date . They have Banks on the check that do not even exist to give you verification that the check is even good these people took a $14,000 settlement check I signed off on because of my accident injury and completely shut me out they have false doctors with a 5-minute conversation that gets thousands of dollars out of your money their Law firm is set up to rob the client in the end all you get is a false check and no replies to your calls or emails this place should be investigated as soon as possible there are multiple reviews of this company doing people the same way and it's more directed to the African-American peopleInitial Complaint

I was injured in a car ********************************* law reached out to me so I decided to let them help me with my claim. I finished all required treatments. Geico paid Guardian Law Dec 16, 2025. I received a phone call that they received $25k & will issue my check in January. It is now February so I called & asked to speak to corporate & I was left on hold for over ****************************************************Business Response

The Guardian Law Group contacted me after I was involved in a vehicle accident on July 4, 2024. I signed paperwork to have them handle my personal injury lawsuit on July 8, 2024. I followed all instructions given from my counsel. On November 9, 2024, I received an email from an associate containing an initial offer from the insurance company and was asked for permission to reject the offer and enter negotiation. I granted permission on the same day. I received a phone call from the same associate that previously emailed me on December 13, 2024. During that phone call, the associate informed me that they had reached a stalemate in the negotiations and advised me on my options to receive funds. I agreed to the options presented and the associate told me that it would be completed within the week and funds would be released soon after. I have not heard anything from the associate or the law office since then. I called the law office January 17, 2025 and was placed on hold until the phone went to a voicemail that was full. I sent a follow up email on January 23, 2025 that has gone unanswered. I believe that this law group has defrauded me out of my settlement.Initial Complaint

I'd like some help from Guardian to stop the spam calls that I appear to be receiving on their behalf. The calls ultimately result in getting sent a retainer agreement to have Guardian's attorney, **** Solomon, represent you. These calls are all from local looking spoofed numbers and introduce themselves as being with Accident Claims Helpline where they say that they are calling about "an accident that you were in within the past two years that was not your fault. I hope you remember that?" They then transfer you to their supervisor who always claims to be with a company called *********************. I have asked these callers to stop calling, they have accurately identified me as being on the Do Not Call list and hung up on me mid-call dozens of times, I've told them that I haven't been in a wreck, etc, but they still continue to call. I did end up playing along on one call in order to find out who these guys actually are, as neither of the company names they use are their real company names. That call ultimately resulted in them emailing me over a retainer agreement for Guardian. I was able to use that email to track down two other parties involved in these calls, ******************* Group and Clictree. I believe that these companies were hired by Guardian to provide them with clients. I reached out via email to *** initially, but the calls continued. I eventually added **** Solomon from Guardian to the email chain. Rather than do anything about the calls that it appears I am receiving on his behalf, **** replied via email with "Remove me off of these emails immediately." I responded with screenshots showing his name and firm's name on the retainer that was sent after one of these calls, and I let him know that I thought I was helping by letting him know what was going on. I also let him know that the only thing that should happen immediately is the stopping of calls I am receiving. **** never got back to me after that, but the calls have continued.Initial Complaint

On July 3, 2023 my family and I were involved in an horrible accident, which left me and members of my family with irreversible damage. Initially, I was independently handling my case but I kept being bombarded with calls from an law office that they wanted me to hire them. I turned them down on numerous occasions. However I spoke with *******, her and I went over the entire contract together and she explained the process to me. She stated that I would be charged 28% for me and the kids (there were 3) would only have 1 charge as they would be grouped together. We went line by line over the contract which she explained to me and another party that the only time I would be charged extra would be if we go to court. Upon asking for this to be put in writing she explained that it was companies policy and she assured me of this. After signing I sent over documents that I already started and some complete ****** was my initial contact person, she was very responsive. Once the initial phased was complete she sent over to the case manager ****** who was very unprofessional and acted as though she didn't want to do any work, so I ended up doing the work for her. I asked to speak with the attorney to which I thought when ***** contacted me back that he was rhe attorney but it turns out that he was just the office manager. I asked him to remove her from my case, he assured me that he would personally handle my case for me if I could remain with them(Sept/Oct). I explained to him that I was promised my case would be settled before December 2023. That was my first last and only time hearing or speaking with ***** (contacted him several times). ****** reached out to me in December she explained that they had an offer(I asked for an itemized list down to the *****) to which she had charges on there that I actually sent some not all. It is now September and I reached out several times after the other party insurance told me they sent over checks in April before our house fire.Business Response

I have a car accident back in February. My case manage ***** at Guardian law has been no responsive to my case, and keeps ignoring my calls its been 2 weeks now about my money been disbursed, and now its will be ready in a week or two. All I want is my money, I have bills to pay and kids to take care. Theres no way I should have to keep calling about my money. Good morning ****/Sir,Guardian is representing me for an accident I was involved in back in May of 2022 & I received a portion of my settlement back in Oct. of 2022. Ive been waiting on my 2nd portion (med pay) since then & it was told to me the paperwork was sent on Oct. 31st. Ive been calling ******* & have been trying to get in contact with her for QUITE awhile now. Every time I call it goes straight to ************* keep getting told ** going to get a call back but never do. I spoke with her once on Fri. 13 Jan. 2023 asking about the case. She put me on hold & stated shell be right back with the info. I was on hold for at least a good 40 ********** never came back to the phone.Business Response
