Largest Scam alert here. DO NOT send them money. They have sent me so many of these things for my business it is not funny. When you file with the state and you file to get your EIN that is all. They will sucker anyone into giving them money to a fake address to a storage unit. I wish the state would shut them down.

I got a letter in the mail from ** Corporate Certificates after registering my small business as an LLC. After already paying $300 to get a business license, LLC, and EIN. I was truly confused when I got this stating I must pay $72.50 for a "certification of existence" after I had already filed with the state for free. I read the small print and it states, "** CORPORATE CERTIFICATES IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT OR STATE AGENCY AND THIS NOTICE IS A SOLICITATION FOR YOUR OTHER BUSINESS PURPOSES." This is a scam and it IS NOT official or required. DO NOT send them your hard-earned cash for a piece of paper with a seal that is not necessary.

Fraud, utter and shameless. I even know what to look for, and they deliberately hide the "this is not a government agency" in tiniest font in place where you will not look, while displaying fake "Key Code" and "control number" is fat bold. This is an open and explicitly deliberate attempt to mislead people and should be illegal. Cannot believe state does not care enough to shut scams down.

Georgia Certificate Service FRAUD ALERT DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY'S ALLEDGED INVOICE. IT IS A SCAM. Upon creating a company via registering with the Secretary of State, being approved and received my article of ownership, I received three letters garnishing three different addresses urgently demanding money with an expeditious turn-around date as it pertains to my business about 1.5-weeks later in the mail. Since I read Case Laws for a living, I contacted the Secretary of State inquiring about these alleged additional fees because I had not read any verbiage (even within the small print) about "Additional Fees" nor "Other entities" contacting owners. In short, the state shared, "There are no other fees due outside of what was paid to the Secretary of State until next years..." Armed with the information, I took the time to drive to each location and learned the business addresses are Pack and Ship stores dutifully identified as UPS. Calling UPS is futile. They make it absolutely and conveniently impossible to speak to a live person for viable assistance. Therefore I visited each address to Peachtree City. 925B Peachtree St NE Suite 462 (A P.O. Box) Atlanta, GA 30309-3918 Now true, P.O. Box holders can utilize the "physical addresses" of the box(es) being rented but these trolls are scamming money from new business owners and spouting in the language of the fraudulent invoices and are acting as facilitators of the Secretary of State's department. Upon speaking to each manager, not one shared assisting opportunities; not one. Instead of me saving lives, it appears it would do me better to be a scammer, use your services, sit back and relax and watch the money roll in. It is an absolutely travesty UPS has NOTHING in place to combat these matters when presented. It would do me better to be a thief and steal and scam others and never be caught instead of saving lives. Bravo you scamming scums of absolute trash of a human being. BRAVO. Shame on UPS. SHAME This company deserves negative Stars
