On 2/4/2022 Score Atlanta advertised a webinar, How to Start your own Restaurant, Bakery, and Food Truck Business to be held on 2/12/2022 at 11:00am EST. I paid the $25 registration fee and on the day of the event clicked on the link, which didn't work. I sent an email to ************************************************* and didn't and still haven't received a response. I sent a message through ******** Messenger and someone did respond, on 2/21/2022 telling me to send an email to the above address for troubleshooting. I told them the event was over so there was no need to troubleshoot and that I had already sent an email to the above email address. I also told them that I wanted my $25 back. I tried again through ******** messenger on 2/24/2022 and still have not heard anything back.Business response

I hope this email finds you doing well and having a good week. Yes, we had some technical issues that day with Zoom and the webinar did not take place. The client was sent a refund for not being able to attend event. I have posted a copy of the refund. Thanks in advance.
