The alternator you ordered is compatible with Mustang 4JB1 ISUZU engines, but not all Mustang 4JB1 ISUZU engines use the same alternator. To ensure the alternator will fit, before purchasing, we ask every customer to verify the *** part number. "Compatible with ******** ISUZU, MUSTANG and many more... Please verify your *** part number from your original unit to help ensure fitment." Our customer service team responded to each of your emails and four times requested the *** part number. You never responded and provided the *** part number, without this number the customer service team is unable to determine if a defective alternator had been sent or the incorrect part had been ordered. We appreciate your business and have refunded the $25.91 restocking fee. Again we are sorry for the confusion.Review from James S

Bought a voltage regulator for our customers MG B. They sent an exact replacement. Problem was it was defective. I returned it and they charged a restocking fee for a defective part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CROOKS.Review from Nancy R

Purchased a starter for a Westerbeke by OEM part number. Verified the correct mounting by the pictures and part number on ************* website. Part that arrived had completely different mounting that would not work. Incorrect part. I sent back pictures of the incorrect starter and the pictures from the website and got no reply. I asked for a refund and only got a partial refund even though I was sent the wrong part. I understand restocking fees when I order the wrong item or simply don't want it. But I need a starter and was sent the wrong one. I do not recommend *************.Review from James L

Thought I needed a new Alternator and bought one of theirs off Amazon, 2 weeks after driving around with the unopened box I decided my current alternator was ok and sent the new one back, this corrupt company took $15 for return shipping and another 20% for a so called "Restocking fee" $74.84 and refused to give it back. I called Amazon and complained and they sent me an electronic gift card ????. Stay clear of them!Review from Je K.

THIRD time this has happened, I am done with them! I ordered Tuesday 9/27 at 7:00AM, order ******* got notification that it was shipping at 10:00AM. Their site says shipping **** Ground, 2nd day, next day. I paid $94.00 for *** Next Day Air. They set back a message after assuring me it would go *** saying they shipped Fed Ex. SO delivery went from a paid for by 10:30 AM delivery to end of day by 4:30 PM. Today I see it was just picked up on the 28th. They take NO telephone calls, on line only messages only. I expressed my unhappiness again at their blunder, their reply was OOPS, sorry, Fed EX did not stop yesterday, so it went out this AM. I replied What about the $94.00 I paid for overnight shipping that was to be delivered today? Their reply was So SO Sorry, but you should get it tomorrow. Total misadvertising and lack of accountability. Beware of buying here if you need it overnight or second day as it isnt happening. Also, parts are not quality, but are about worth what they charge. Our warehouse had your package packed and ready however ***** failed to pick up our packages that day which caused your shipment to arrive later than expected.
