My complaint is that I sent Brightpath a check for $211,269.45, the amount to pay off my house that burned down was $102,500 approximately. They received the check on Feb. 15. In that time I did what they wanted me to do. I also put an envelope to overnight the money due me to them. I tried calling them and they gave me the runaround. I found out from Feb. 15 - Feb. 22 it was at a bank waiting to be cleared. They said the check cleared on Feb. 22nd. They did not send me any money. I contact them to pay me the remainder of the cost of my house. Why is it they have to hold my check that long? I talked to ******* and asked what day they were sending my check to me and I was not told. I want my money.Business response
