These people calls me 6 times a day Monday through Saturday and on two days they called me 11 times for payments. First let me tell you this, when you go to these companies to buy a house and they run your Social Security number, whether you get approved or not, they go into your Cesti Que Vie Trust, take the money out, when you purchase the house, it is PAID-OFF right then and there...you ask how? from your Cesti Que Vie Trust (your Social Security account)! Then, when you pay that monthly installment, they also go into your account and get the same amount out so they are DOUBLE DIPPING! which is also called Corporate Malfeasance! ALL mortgage companies and car dealerships do this, and this is from the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Do the Research people! The Lawful money was taken off the market in 1933 which was Gold and Silver under FDR!And, remember in 1933 The United States filed Bankruptcy 3 times! ****** .**** **** said "If The American People Knew what they are doing and what's really going on, We would burn America down!!!" These mortgages are Securities and sold on he "Market!" YOU DON'T OWE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!! RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate EQUITY PRIME MORTGAGE (EPM) PERIOD!!!!!THEY ARE THE BAD!....Not necessarily the worst, but up there with the worst! ALL Mortgages are Bad, because Mortgage, MORT means DEAD so does DEED

When I lost my job and fell behind on my payments they worked with me to get caught back up

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY OWE ME $6000 FROM WHEN I CLOSED ON MY HOUSE 7 MONTHS AGO AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO SEND ME THE CHECK. THEY TELL ME EVERY DAY THAT I CALL IN THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON SENDING IT BUT THEY WONT! I CLOSED ON MY HOUSE BACK IN JULY AND ITS NOW OCTOBER!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! BY FSR THE WORST LOAN COMPANY IVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. I HIRED A LAWYER AS OF TUESDAY THIS WEEK TO START THE ***** PROCESS BECAUSE THAT IS MY ONLY HOPE TO GET THE REMAINDER $6000 THAT THEY OWE. THIEFS!!!!

Literally the WORST mortgage company. Not only did they try to take $4782 from our account unauthorized (recorded lines proved their employee did this without authorization and for not even our mortgage amount just a random number) that caused us to go Negative and caused a snowball effect on our bills due to this withdrawal during Covid and reduced work hours. They also have no record of documents that have been sent to them since 8/28. Every week we called to check the status and was told its still being reviewed. loss mitigation has ***** days to review your documents you will have an answer on 10/3 to only call on 10/3 to be told we never received this document and you will need to reapply. When asked to speak to a supervisor we were told I can submit a request but cant guarantee they will take the call. They wonder why customers get mad its because of how they treat veterans and their spouses. Their workers are incompetent, unprofessional, and their answer is to place you on hold.

EPM is beyond unprofessional and incompetent. EPM has been s******* my home loan assistance (deferred payments) paperwork since June 2022, its currently December 2022. I was out of work for almost 3 months because I had a horrible bout of Covid. I was informed to file for a deferred payment program. Every time I have the paperwork notarized EPM has denied the application for various reasons non of which has anything to do with me directly. I call and would be told a rep would call me back, and I never get a call back. I would have to call back and explain my situation over and over again, every time Im told to reapply. I resubmit the application to only be denied again for reasons that are never consistent. EPM is garbage!Now EPM has started making notations on my credit and damaging my credit. They are the worst.

They completely **** never do business with them...they can not even add or subtract numbers correctly.... it took them four days to get numbers right on their end after everything they where still wrong on their numbers after signing for my first house they made it my worst decision in my life ...I don't want to even give a star but I am made to leave one

Horrible mortgage practices. Tried to get me to refinance my loan and modify my payments, after being approved by SAVE THE DREAM Mortgage Assistance program. I stead, EPM SOLD MY loan to another mortgage loan company, instead of working with me or Save the dream program

Literally the worst mortgage ever lender ever. I would never go through these people for a mortgage. The lack of help, and unprofessional CSR is just mind blown! My insurance is paid late, taxes are not calculated correctly. IT IS JUST A TOTAL CHAOS! I would rate it zero if i could

This is by far the worst mortgage Ive every had . I cant wait to refinance out from under them. To all my fellow veteran please take your business elsewhere.
