Frankly, this mortgage servicing company is probably the worst I have dealt with in 35 years of homeownership. They failed to collect for my homeowner's insurance (that was an unexpected surprise). They are impossible to reach, with their call center prompts vague. You have to **** through a bunch of extraneous information before choosing an option. It's disappointing that a consumer cannot choose who to do business with. My originating loan company sold the loan before the first payment is due (which, I know occurs frequently). ****** here is don't let your realtor steer you to a mortgage lender. I should have stayed with my own bank (who maintains mortgage loans in their portfolio).

I have had the same issue as most of the other complaints. My loan was sold after a couple months. The first couple months I had no issues, however, after that it has been repeated non-****************. The transfer my payment into a holding account but do not apply them. In February about a year after it was sold I had 37 transactions of money being applied and unapplied towards my principal but they were all different amount. My holding account had a substantial balance in it at one time that did not line up with anything. I've received past due notices but I am on auto withdraw and have never had an NSF. I sent a message and they just said it was correct. I tried talking to someone and they could not give an explanation oth e r than it is fixed. The WORST mortgage company!

We've been paying into escrow and purchased our house last July 2021. When we got our tax notice for 2022 I assumed, which was my 1st mistake, that this company would pay our property taxes since we were paying them to do that. Come to find out when filling our taxes that they indeed did not and they had 1 of the 2 parcel numbers wrong. We were charged interest and I called them to tell them, they ended up only paying 1 parcels taxes and not even the full amount since they were late and owed 9 percent interest on each. I've called about 10 times, was put on perpetual hold 2 different times and never reached out to to let me know the parcel number was even corrected, just found out today AGAIN that it was still wrong after telling them multiple times. I wanted to removed escrow but we just need to pay off ****% more which if fine, I get it but also have ZERO faith they will even pay it the next year. I was, I believe mistakenly, informed today that since I paid the property taxes out of my own pocket I wouldn't be reimbursed for any of it and it would stay in our escrow account. We're SEVERELY overpaying into our escrow account every month and should have a sizeable amount of money coming back to us from over paying anyways and I just feel like they don't care to fix anything.I will be filing a complaint with the **** and the **** I highly suggest anyone else dealing with them does this as well when problems arise.

This is the worst organization I have ever dealt with. This is a very fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs. They purchased my home mortgage loan from the previous lender and made it very difficult to set up the new mortgage payment by first saying they didn't have my information and then claiming that i didn't have property insurance. When I attempted to contact them they simply told me to call back in a few days. In the meanwhile they threaten to charge you late fees and provide their own insurance at a high rate. Absolute scam.

CMC bought my loan in September and I've had issues ever since.. The whole sign-up process to initiate my online account took days to accomplish. It redirects you to different sites multiple times and asks for repeated information which felt very unsecure to me. I finally had to call (good luck there, they don't provide accessible contact information - what loan company doesn't provide a phone number?) to get my online account set up so I could pay my mortgage. It was almost late because I'd tried repeatedly to set up my account and it kept denying me. A couple months later, I attempted to sign in the same way as before, and it wouldn't let me. It took days for the site to get back up and running. Now, I logged in to download my tax documents and found ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S loan documents in my account.. private loan information, tax documents, and appraisal reports just sitting there. I called to ask why I had someone else's information and how do I know my information isn't in someone else's account.. I got no answer and was told they would research it and call me back. This is a severe breach of privacy. This company is not legitimate.

This is the worst Company Ever!!! My loan was sold to them and since that very moment my nightmares started. I have set up my auto payments online w/the help of a representative and they took 2 payments in the same month. I contacted the company the same day and I was told my money was going to be refunded electronically to my bank no later than 5 days. That never happened, Every time I called is a different story . I requested a supervisor every single time and I just got a called today from David who basically told me to go to ****. He was very rude and nasty and just kept on saying " We put a ck on the mail today , we don't know when you will get ,please be sure your next payment is on time". I was crying explaining him that I live in a budget and I really need my money back soon. He was unreasonable . I wish I could choose my mortgage Company. Please stay away from this people if you could.

No way to contact them. Never a response from them. They escrow my insurance payments but never make the payment on time.

The worse company I've dealt with. I have been trying to get an issue resolved. They never get anything resolved and they will quietly hang up on you if they can't resolve the issue.

This Mortgage Company Sucks! I have had nothing but problems with them since they bought my mortgage! Bunch of idiots! No one can give you a straight answer, transfer to someone, then someone else! Hate them! Wish ******** or ***** ***** would buy my Mortgage!!! One star is way too much to give these people!
