              Subject: Unpaid Medical Bill at ******* *********** John Foy & Associates ******************************************************************* ************ November 01, 2023 Dear Sir/*****,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the John Foy & Associates law firm regarding an unpaid medical bill for services provided by ******* *********** ************ in 2021. I was a pervious client of the John Foy & Associates law firm that had a settlement in March 2022 by attorney ***********************. As per my settlement with this law firm, all of my medical bills will be paid in full, but I recently received a medical bill dated 9/14/23 from ******* ***********, indicating an outstanding balance of $2,000. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter via phone calls to the law firm, and sending an **** over night letter with signature request upon arrival; sent on October 13th 2023, the ******************* remains unpaid, and no one at the law firm has contacted me on this matter. I have previously spoken briefly with the managing attorney Mr. ************************* back in September and he stated that ***************************** will handle this matter. I would like to bring this matter to your attention and request your assistance in resolving this issue with the law firm. My family and I have always trusted John Foy & Associates to handle our legal matters with efficiency and professionalism, I would really appreciate your help on this matter.I kindly ask that with your help John Foy & Associates will investigate this matter, communicate with ******* *********** on my behalf, and work towards a resolution as soon as possible. Dealing with this simple but yet strenuous issue has alleviate my stress level and has been rather unpleasant.Please keep me informed about the progress of this matter.
