I am a disabled veteran and I was sent to GRADY hospital a few times when I fell out and had seizures at FT.********* Army base and other places. I was told the VA would pay for these services. GRADY HOSPITAL PUT THESE BALANCES on my credit and they have a contract with the *********************** not to do so and if they do not get paid they are to file an appeal and deal with the VA and legally they are not to contact me or put anything on my credit. They have ignored their contract and also knowing the VA is going to pay them they still are sending me threatening bills and putting these bills on my credit. I have called these people over ten times and they always say do not worry we have notified the collection agency and we know we are going to get paid yet they are STILL sending me bills and ruining my credit. They have violated a contract they have with the VA and have ruined my credit and violated my rights as a Veteran. I am sick of it and I want something done now. This needs to stop asap. They have very poor customer service and employees that do not care. This should have been written off years ago. They are a horrible hospital and I am tired of them trying to ruin me.Initial Complaint

On 05/30/21 I received ambulance service from Grady *******. I gave EMS insurance at time of service. I received **** and entered insurance information on portal. Received **** again in July and reentered insurance. Received **** August and reentered insurance as advised on ****. Received collection letter. Grady never billed my valid insurance and sent to collections. I have reached out via portal, phone and email and I am being told to pay collections which is ridiculous due to me having insurance that covers service almost in full.Want grady to **** aetna and report that that this is paid in full to credit agencies.Business response
