Terrible company! I paid them over $900 to do a job and they said I had to pay prior to the technician showing up. After paying, the tech refused to do the work and the office will not give a refund until the owner gets back from their 3 week vacation. The office manager says she can only charge people but not refund.?!! Disaster, use literally anyone else!

This company is TERRIBLE! I had lattice installed under a deck and 5 steps replaced leading off the deck. Had it done last October, so nine months ago. The lattice is already falling off and is bowed because it wasnt properly nailed. Neither were the steps. A board has fallen off them as well. I wish I could post pictures, but I paid over $1200. They took me to the cleaners, I guess cause Im an older lady and was considered an easy target. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use Pronto Home Repairs. The work that is done is done badly. They will lie to you and even lie to their own coworkers.The manager, ****, seemed really nice, even though the $3800 quote to replace 20 feet of the fence seemed high. He was able to knock a bit off the price by sidestepping the automated quoting/contracting system and coordinating directly with the repairs team. Sadly the work and the team were bad.1)They are terrible carpenters. They tried no less than a dozen times to hang the gate to my fence. Every time it did not fit, they took a board off, moved it, and screwed it back in. The boards have literally over a dozen holes in them, but only 2 screws. The door has a huge gap. The latch does not close properly.2)They are terrible post diggers. The fence posts aren't level, nor are they parallel to each other. The posts that are supposed to frame the door are further apart at the top than the bottom.3)They lie and are inconsiderate. They kept me tied up waiting for them to arrive with lie after lie about why they were late. When they made mistakes (like installing the new gate backward) they would complain about the changes I demanded rather than own their own mistakes. 4)They are unsafe. At the time of quoting, I showed them the utility box 3 feet from my fence, and they said they would take appropriate precautions. At the time of working, no one arranged for underground utilities to be marked. They started digging posts until they almost hit an underground utility, then refused to continue. I ended up with the worst of both worlds. Lack of safety and lack of a complete job.Clearly, the crew was being pressured by **** to stop talking with me and to start cutting corners. All the frustrating things that the crew did, were direct orders from their boss. Even after finishing the job, I keep getting text messages from Pronto Home Repair to respond to their quote. It makes me wonder if **** actually lied to his employer and did this j

I would never recommend this company, ever. Waited 5 months for a door. Once they installed it, a week later the lock on the door is not working. I have been trying to contact them for over a month. Noone is returning my calls. From the low person to the district manager. We paid over *******.

This company is horrible, the work is unacceptable. We wanted to update our tiles and have a new bathtub installed. The bathroom was fine, we just wanted a little update. Everything was arranged. Needless to say, when the person arrived, he started to demolish the tiles and take out the bathtub by himself!!!! Bottom line the work was to be done in a few days according to the company, I had family coming to stay for a week and they couldn't use the bathtub because there were issues with the bathtub. The individual who came to do the work, messed up my plumbing, I had a busted drain pipe and a drip in the tub which I didn't have before. It took the person approximately 2 weeks to come look at the work and he told me the individual who had done the work would not be coming back and he would send a 2 man crew to fix all the problems that existed. It is now October 10 and a no show. I refused to pay the balance as the work is incomplete and changed my card with the bank so they couldn't charge me the balance.

Don't waste your time with this guy.
Recently, we contacted a business (Pronto) to give us an estimate on some decorative wall treatment in a newly remodeled bathroom. We have the knowledge and tools to do the job but were hesitant in doing it ourselves because of time and our desire to do it. We contacted him (Davis ***), he agreed to come over and give us an estimate. We met him on time, he measured and took notes. He said that he could do this work with great quality and would get back with us. That estimate never came. We called him in one week, then 2 weeks, then texts and emails politely asking for his estimate. Each time our contact information was clear with phone numbers, email addresses, etc. What we got was SILENCE. No response whatsoever. We were professional in our correspondence and never gave him anything but a comfortable way to send us an estimate or to tell us he didn't want to do the job. We got nothing from him. Not a text or call or email to this day, 2 months later. In 2 months, he had no ability to respond to us in any way. When he was at our house, we gave him no reason to avoid us and our job for him. I believe this person to be irresponsible with customer's time and simple courtesy. Don't waste your time with Davis ***.
